I can’t say enough good things about Justin and Fernando from the Bakersfield team at Solar Negotiators. From start to finish, they made the entire solar process smooth, transparent, and stress-free.
They took the time to actually explain everything, answered every question I had (and I had a lot), and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. You can tell they genuinely care about doing right by their clients, not just closing a deal.
The install went exactly as promised, communication was on point the whole way through, and I feel confident knowing I made the right decision. I’ve been with Solar Negotiators since 2017. I am on their maintenance program also. I have only had two electric bills where I paid less than hundred dollars during the summer because of the extreme heat. Friendly employees and service has been great. Would recommend to check them out if needing solar.

$299 for a trouble shoot. They came out. Did not communicate. Were in and out in under 30 minutes. Did not fix anything.Did not speak to the adult that was stated I needed to have at the house when they came out. System is doing the same thing. When I called to inquire I was given the runaround, told that the system was working when the service guy left. I essentially paid them $300 to do what I had already been doing: flip a breaker that won’t stay on. I needed the breaker repaired!!!

If you are looking to get solar installed on your home please look anywhere else we had solar installed about 6 months ago and it is still not turned on. We can't access anything for our solar but are having to pay for the loan as well as our electric bill. We were also told about getting a tax refund that would help with the costs of the solar loan but we haven't gotten any paperwork so we can turn it to get that, even though we are already paying for said loan. They never return any phone calls even after trying multiple times. They only care about getting the actual panels installed not actually following through on their end to get it turned on with Edison.

This company is top shelf and very professional right down from Chris the owner ,to ERIC in sales to Sherene in QA and all of the great techs who installed our entire system in one day! The group was able to fast track our install way before the December deadline. I highly recommend them to you without reservation.

The team at Solar Negotiators quickly and willingly addressed an issue with a few tiles. It is rare to find a company that follows through on their service mission, but Solar Negotiators did! This is a Rental property. I pay for the service for the renters. I have had no problems with the service. When cleaning the solar panels, they are on time and do a good job. Let me know it there are any tiles that need replacement or repair. Let me know if my gutters are full and need cleaning. Great job,

Worked with Chuck who explained solar and how it all works. He was very thorough. Decided to have the system installed. That process went smoothly and the crew knew exactly what to do. We’ve had it for a year and are very pleased with it. The savings have been incredible. No electric bills so far and we are sending a lot of energy to the grid which results in credits to us. We have a back up battery which we use it to keep comfortable overnight without fear of using grid energy and having a bill. We are very happy with the service provided by Solar Negotiators and highly recommend them to anyone looking to acquire solar for their home or business.

We just had a ground-mount solar system installed by Solar Negotiators, and the experience was honestly excellent from beginning to end. Our property is in a pretty rocky area, so I was a little nervous about how installation would go, but their team clearly knew what they were doing.

They did a really solid site evaluation and came up with a custom plan that worked with the terrain—no cookie-cutter solution here. Their crew was professional, on time, and super respectful of our property. Even with the tricky ground conditions, they got everything installed cleanly and on schedule.

The communication was also great. They walked us through the entire process—permits, inspections, timelines—and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Now that the system is live, it’s producing exactly what they projected (if not more), and the monitoring app makes it easy to keep an eye on things.

Highly recommend Solar Negotiators, especially if you’re in a rural or rocky area like we are. The quality of their work and their customer service really stood out. 👍

The best solar company in fresno ....

I found Robbins Energy on Thumbtack. I needed a 220 outlet installed in my garage. I have had absolutely terrible experiences with contractors over the last few years and am grateful that Robbins Energy was not one of them.

They were quick to respond to inquiries and showed up on time. The workers were very polite and professional. The knew exactly what needed to be done and finished the job quickly. If you want an easy to work with and punctual electrician this is the company to go with.

Nik, with On Point Electric, was contracted by my solar provider to upgrade main panel to 200 amp service. This upgrade would need larger conduit and feed lines which are located under the driveway, therefore requiring cutting a path through driveway. Feed lines and panel complete, driveway repair not complete. This job occurred in early 2020, right before covid hit, so unable to pursue job completion. Now they say my solar provider still owes a bunch of money( not my fault or responsibility) so they won't be repairing driveway. I am pursuing through other avenues but that takes time.

Need electrical... they got it.

Worked with a member of the staff for over a month getting a solar project together. Sent the wife down with a cashiers check to cover the cost of the project. The wife returned very upset after dealing with one of the clerical staff members.

Wesco cancelled my order on their end.

Horrible company with lacking support and customer service. We purchased a home *unfortunately with SunRun already attached. We've had to call now 5x in an attempt to "transfer" the account. It's been over a month and we still can't access anything. Refusal to connect us to care support or a manager to get issues resolved. They do not follow their 48 hour call back policy. *FAIR WARNING to all as they do not regularly tend to the panels either and you must REQUEST this required service to actually be completed and wait....then have the request "lost." We are now looking to have it fully removed and looking into legal support as we are not the persons whom agreed to this service. Good luck yall
