Incredibly unprofessional. I called for an estimate on a job. He told me he did not give estimates over the phone and needed to see the job to quote a price. I thought it was weird, but he seemed nice enough over the phone, so I went with it. He schedules a 9:00 A.M appointment to come out to my house several days later. He did not show on time, and I got a text at 9:30 saying he would be late because he was picking up supplies for my job. I was incredibly confused because he had not told me a price at this point. I let him know that it was okay that he was late but that he should not buy materials for my job until he quoted me a price. Fifteen more minutes go by, and he texts me that he is going to pass on the job.

It was an inconvenience to me, my tenants, and my time. I swear, my grandfather was the last honest electrician.

Prompt scheduling of the service and found the problem quickly. Very fair price

I called at 2 pm on Tuesday and they had someone there by 2:30 pm . The boss brought wire on his way so they could fix it. Very prompt service and friendly.

We have used Cole Electric several times over the years. They ran wiring for some new chandeliers & sconces during our remodel and they were professional and efficient. More recently we had problems with the lights on one circuit in our house flickering. One of the younger guys came out first and did some troubleshooting but of course the lights stopped flickering when he was there so he couldn’t find the problem. When it started up again a few days later, I called back and they put me on the phone with the owner right away. The first guy came back with the owner that same afternoon and they pretty quickly discovered one of the breakers was burning out. They replaced it on the spot. Pricing was very reasonable. Would definitely use again!

I started using this contractor a few years ago. They are always responsive to the job, If the task is small, they're quick to schedule and get it done. They have a holiday premium. But if it is an EMERGENCY, it is a very reasonable charge. As the customer you make the decision. We had a recent major project to replace the main electrical panel and subpanels. My only complaint is that they were unable to attach a railroad spike to the seat of each PGE employee to make them respond in a timely manner!

Reagan was great. Services were quick, effective and reasonably priced . Will use Cole Electric and especially Reagan in the future

Mike and his entire team have been amazing to work with. The office staff and on site electricians are all wonderful. Specifically, Marcus has been knowledgeable and very patient resolving unexpected issues that came up. I 100% recommend this company to anyone needing quality electric work done with a smile.
