We had Sebastian come install an alarm system and Ring camera at our home. The technician Jesus who came out was extremely professional, kind, and thorough. He took the time to explain how everything worked and how to use it after he was done. I would highly recommend using them!

Sebastian did a great job and I would use them again to run or fix fiber optic cables. Their team was very professional and did very clean work.

Hands down, FIVE STARS!

We had Frontpoint for around 6 years and they went from fairly good customer service to nearly ZERO customer service. We couldn't get through to them. When we called they would ask us to leave a # and tell us they would get back to us.

Frustrated, I called Sebastian and they made an appointment to come out and assess our needs. They utilized what they could of our previous system and added an outdoor security camera overlooking our driveway.

All work performed was professional and they have been great to work with all around.

The other day I entered the house through the garage and failed to disarm the system prior. They were on the phone with me withing 60 seconds to determine if there was a problem. This company does not disappoint! Highly recommend Sebastian for home security.

We used Ernco Electric to install heavy electrical wiring. Not only did they do a great and timely job with that, but they also went above and beyond to help us set up what we needed the electrical for. Great group of gentlemen to work with.

Great service and fast response. They helped me same day when my power breaker broke and were able to help get the power back on same day for my elderly grandmother on oxygen. Highly recommend.

I called Thursday night and left message for call back. By 8am Ernie was at my home. He came very quickly when I explained I didn’t have power to my water heater(which was all electric) and I was frustrated with cold showers. I called and left a message for several other companies and as of this review none of the other companies called back. He quickly fixed the issue and I am very grateful just how quickly he diagnosed/fixed problem.
