I called the company after hours, the owner returned my call and was on site the next morning. Very professional and completed the job on time and correctly the first time. Could not be happier with the promptness, professionalism, and quality of workmanship.

I needed an electrical outlet installed urgently and Ernie made time for me literally an hour later. He came out and had his team install the outlet exactly where I needed it, but while he was installing the outlet, he and his guys noticed some issues with the drywall and studs, so they fixed that while they had the wall open just to help me out. It took them a lot of extra time but they didn't charge me extra. While we were talking, I mentioned another electrical issue I am having (which 5 other electricians so far have not been able to solve) and he did some troubleshooting work at no additional charge while his guys were fixing the drywall and studs. Just about the nicest, most generous guys. AND he found a junction box that is very likely the cause of the other issue I've been dealing with for 2 years (floating neutral -- potentially dangerous). Very glad I called Ernco!

Absolutely the sweetest people! I had a prong stuck in my outlet and had no idea the route to go to get it out without electrocuting myself. They walked me through it step by step on a 10+ minute phone call in order to get it out safely and avoid any expensive visits! Totally alleviated a stressful situation! The electricity to half of our houses went out one late afternoon. We called half a dozen electricians and only one answered our phone call, Ernco Electric. April, in the office, was very friendly and helpful. Ernie, the owner, came out himself to troubleshoot our problem. He was prompt, friendly, and very professional. He genuinely cared us and went over and beyond to make sure the problem was solved. We are very impressed with Ernie and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an electrician. BEWARE: Racist nut.

I found Russ Pittman after being put in a bind and needing service at one of our customers sites in Fresno. After trying to get a hold of a number of other reputable electricians last minute I stumbled across Pittman Electricial - some how I got a hold of him ( he uses a call service to take all his calls and a pager, when he calls you its always anonymous). I called for a quote, gave him all the details and a few hours later he called me back and said he did all the work and was done. Although I was happy the problem was resolved I didn't approve the work.
Now its been 2 months since Russ visited the site and the issue has come up again ( breaker flipping at a pole we are using with our security equipment ) I called his answering service, left all my details and got a call within a few minutes. I answered the phone with "COMPANY NAME this is MY NAME" and he responds with "What do you want?" I respond with "Hi who is this?" and he says "President Obama N***** HAHAH". I then proceed to remind him that I am his customer, that he serviced our equipment at a customers site in Fresno and that now that I am aware of who he really is we will never used his service. He just laughed and said "Im just kidding".
This is not the type of person you want as a sub contractor visiting your customers job sites.

Main guy at a jobsite drives his truck around like it’s a race car track, dusting all people on the sight constantly. Lack of care for those around him.

I'd love to know where this contractor goes for weeks on end when they leave the job half way done.
