I have had issues with my Sebastian internet service since my initial purchase, maybe 10 years ago! I have had soo many techs come and no progress. I was at my witts end, ready to switch providers! I thought I would try one more time and today I can finally say that I am satisfied with my internet service! Jordan was one of the techs but there was another gentleman who’s name I didn’t catch. They saw the issue right away! They fixed the problem and then fixed the other issues they found as well! Soo happy with their service and expertise!

When we have experienced technical issues, he along with his entire team have done everything possible to minimize any service disruptions.
