Very fast and professional! My AC broke Monday, and I was sooo worried about being stuck in the heat. The lady in the office worked her magic, and sent someone out the very same day. OSO Holding Group was so easy to work with and very flexible to meet the needs of our situation. They took care of everything from start to finish (permits, inspections, etc) If we ever had a question or concern they were immediately addressed.
The crews were all nice, polite and knowledgeable. This is a solid team!

Highly recommend Oso! Friendly service and they had a technician (Brandon) come out the very next morning, arriving promptly when he said he was going to. I also felt the initial diagnostic charge was very reasonable compared to other companies. He did a great job explaining to me what was going on with my unit and how he was going to go about fixing it. They got the job done! Will definitely be using them in the future.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience with OSO that I felt it was worth sharing. From the very first consultation, the team was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with all my questions, whether it was about the HVAC system or the solar installation (which I knew very little about going in).
