Company is terribly unresponsive to customer inquiries and takes weeks to respond in our experience ... it took 7.5 months to estimate to my solar being online with the power company... the company said would be installing at the end of august but didn't get around to it until the end of October ... breaching the contract they wrote by 8 weeks...there are better company's in town... these guys should be the last people you call...

Bland Company serviced my A/C and heater. Jesse made the experience a pleasure. He was professional and efficient in scheduling the service. All in all my experience with Bland Company was very positive. Their fee was very affordable as well.

I was asked by a close family member to coordinate the installation of a residential solar system in Oxnard. Working for Southern California Edison (SCE), I had heard horror stories of working with solar companies to get systems installed. I contacted Bland Company and spoke to their solar representatives. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service and communication throughout the entire process. Jack and Jesse Darrah made what I expected to be a difficult process very easy, including the process of working with SCE to coordinate the connection of the system. Bland also coordinated the required permits with the city. It all took much less time than I thought it would and my niece is now enjoying the benefits of her new solar system. Thanks Bland Company!

Bland has installed two solar systems and a new HVAC system for me over the years. They are extremely knowledgeable and have followed through on everything they promised. When comparing pricing, I found them to provide better pricing than other competitors. The salesman answered all my questions and saw the project through to completion. During a recent rain storm, I started having leaks that I thought may have been associated with the solar install. They had a crew there within an hour, they went on my roof in the pouring rain, and fixed the problem they found. That is customer service! The CEO even came to my house to ensure that the job was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Bland to anyone…you will NOT be disappointed!

Made an appointment and received confirmation via e-mail and call. 45 minutes prior to scheduled appointment received a call stating he was running late and needed to reschedule. NO THANKS! Poor initial impression speaks loudly! Hard pass.
