John came out and checked out my home network installation project, took notes and talked with me for a while about how the job would go. He said he'd get back soon with a quote and to schedule the job. That was on a Wednesday. By Friday, I hadn't heard anything, and texted him, no response. On Monday, I called and left a vm, no response. Very unprofessional.... I know tradespeople are slammed and/or backed up right now, but the courtesy of a reply to say they can't do a job isn't too much to ask... I read a review of John Avila Communications on another site and came across someone who had an identical experience.

This company doesn't respond back to messages. The must pick and choose who to reply too, I messaged them plenty of times for services !
