They are deceitful and can not be trusted. They told me that I had 30 days to try the new equipment. I had three days.

Please do NOT hire this company. The equipment is faulty and they don't ever stop coming to your door. We have called and told them to stop coming to our front door (trying to sell us promotions and deals). They came multiple times. One of the same reps even started talking to my ring camera about promotions. It was so bazar! We asked them not to solicit, but they would not listen. I tried calling them and they would still show up at my home. It took me an hour to try and cancel service, they got disconnected and never called back. Then more people showed up at my front door and they're very rude and very pushy. I will never use them again. I feel like they have crossed a line. It's very unprofessional and it's also making me feel unsafe. We are going with another security company. I've never been so harassed by a company in my life.
