Chris A.When I first reached out to Tom and explained my situation, he assured me that he would take great care of my pool--and he was absolutely right. Before finding Tom, I had gone through four different pool-cleaning companies, and unfortunately, it seemed like none of them truly knew what they were doing. My saltwater pool never felt as clean or balanced as it had when it was first installed. After performing his own tests, Tom confirmed that several important issues had been overlooked. Within a few months--just in time for summer--Tom had the pool back in excellent condition. He balanced all the chemicals, got the saltwater system back on track, and made the pool feel brand new again. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail have been impressive from start to finish. Tommy is amazing at what he does! Our pool has never looked this good and he pays attention to the details. Tommy always takes time to communicate any issues and answers all my questions (and I have quite a few! lol). You can't go wrong having him take care of your pool!

Diana G.Tried to set up pool service in April. Main guy was out on medical, which was understandable, but never once did anyone set up our account, a contract, or communicate with us. Fast forward to today, I reached out because some guy came to service our pool (only knew because I'm home with a sick kid). The owner called me and said we'd been receiving service the whole time (news to us) and he'd like to start over. Then he made it clear he only meets clients before 3 pm through the week, and that it seemed like this wouldn't work. With all of the issues created by lack of communication on the businesses part, all we wanted was to meet face to face for a few minutes to set things up right. At that point, it was clear he didn't want our business. I'm shocked by all of this because the company gets great reviews, but they definitely aren't hurting for clients and their customer service is lackluster at best. We felt like just a number on a page from day 1. Definitely don't recommend this company. It's expensive compared to others and not worth the money based on what we experienced. We ended up having to do all kinds of service and troubleshooting in our own because the tech wasn't doing their job apparently anyways.
