We had SoCal 1 Plumbing & Rooter handle a job on our exterior drain pipes, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Not only was the work itself done extremely well, but what truly set this company apart was their professionalism, transparency, and genuine care for us as homeowners.

Their executive manager, Shane, was personally on site to diagnose the issue, provide a in depth explanation, organize his crew, and ensure everything was handled correctly. He even returned to confirm that the job was completed properly. Having direct access to a manager who was knowledgeable, responsive, and willing to answer questions made a stressful situation feel completely manageable. I could call Shane at any point to bounce questions off of him, and every recommendation was explained thoroughly and honestly.

They took the time to help us understand not only the severity of the problem, but exactly what needed to be done to prevent further damage to our home. At no point did we feel rushed, pressured, or upsold. In fact, they started with the least expensive option—attempting to clear the pipes by rooting. When that solution didn’t resolve the issue, they stood by their word and did not charge us for the rooting. Instead, they generously applied that cost toward the new line that was ultimately required for proper flow.

That level of integrity is rare. This company truly treats you like family and prioritizes doing what’s right over making more money. They handle both interior and exterior plumbing, and you can trust that they’ll tell you what needs to be done—not what benefits them most.

Called So-cal 1 Plumbing and Rooter Service scheduled an appt they sent out Miguel for work on draining and sewer problems the next day. Miguel searched and found the stop age near the street. He went to work the same day, Miquel does not waste time he knows what he is doing, and works on the job. My home is old and there was a lot of work to be done. Miquel and his crew dug up all the old clay pipes which had roots and broken pipes down my line. He took pictures to document all the problems he found and replaced all the old pipes. Yes it was expensive, but for all the work which was done, it was worth the cost. I am sure others would have cut corners and left the job still needing to be done. My home is an investment and now I can sleep at night knowing I have pipes which will last a lifetime. I was very blessed that finally I have a plumber (Miguel) that did not lie to me and rip me off. I could not recommend Miquel any stronger having been scammed recently. Thank you Miquel.

Their team accessed the crawl space without any hassle, replaced the old faulty rubber part with a new 2” PVC P-trap assembly, and made sure everything was secure with proper slope and supports. They tested for leaks, cleaned up perfectly, and even backed it with a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. The whole job was done efficiently, and the pricing was transparent—no surprises. Highly recommend these guys for any plumbing needs in Inglewood! 5 stars all the way!

Mikey and Daniel were really great. Very professional, punctual and had great attention to detail. They installed a new gas shutoff valve and my dryer, they tested everything really well. 10/10 would call again

Christian came to check out the existing gas pipe that needs a proper cap off. He had a ball valve on hand which was very convenient to provide estimates and start right away. The job was done in no time. At the beginning, Maria from the same company immediately contacted me right after I submitted a quote estimate and scheduled Christian to come the next day. Excellent service.

Christian was truly outstanding. He came by, quickly diagnosed the issue (it turned out to be the laundry room water tubing), and fixed it efficiently with zero fuss.

Amazing service!! Called Christian for an emergency our boiler was leaking and it was causing a huge mess underneath our kitchen sink, he was great explaining everything he was doing as well as going above and beyond to make sure the water was running through the whole house.
