Just got a re-drain finished and these guys are amazing! I highly recommend this company.

They unclogged a tub that had been blocked with construction debris. It was difficult but they were persistent in getting it cleared. The alternative would have been extremely expensive so I'm glad they were able to do it.

We got a fast (under 2 hours, maybe closer to 1) response, professional explanations of the problem from Nick(?), and a fair price that probably can't be beat. Big thumbs up 👍 from me and we will call again.

We had a clogged toilet and a backed up sink at our business. They arrived on time and did the job quickly and for the price promised. I would highly recommend this company.

Unfortunately, instead of working, or bettering the community around them, the owner here would rather use their company time and social media telling others to go play in traffic when he doesnt agree with you.

Lots of other great plumbing services around who are better off with your business, instead of these guys.

I live in Fullerton and found this local company called Purdy. Andy showed up within 30 mins of my call and ended my Monday morning nightmare. Quick and accurate evaluation of the situation using the inpsection camera. Purdy even provided me the inpection images of the

I get it, It's the day after New Years, everybody's drains are backed up from all that unwanted company. .....But, I called at 7:45 AM and left a message, No response. Called again 4 hours later, No response?
Are they open.? Busy? What? I have no idea. So at 5:30 PM I called another company. They called me back in 28 minutes and were done at 8:30 PM.
Please, If your closed just say so. We will move on with our lives. But don't keep us hanging with a tub full of water, toilets that can't flush and people staring at you for an answer for 10 hours......Thank goodness for Jack In The Box being open!!!!!!!!!!!

I needed a garage disposal installed and for the plumber to check a few other things for me. Art Galvan was my plumber and he was fantastic, he stalled the disposal and answered all my question, I was very impressed and will absolutely use use Purdy again! Thanks so much!!

Ryan helped me with installing a new gas line at my home. He was very professional, on time, great pricing and quality work. I would highly recommend him and his crew.

Ryan and his team were great. We bought our first home and within a week had a hall bathroom that was constantly backing up and soon started flooding the floor. We had a plumber from our home warranty company come out on three separate occasions, who misdiagnosed the problem every time. Finally we wised up and call Purdy Plumbing to come take a look. Ryan began by hydro jetting our main line and then scoped it to discover that the cast iron main line pipe had literally melted away over the years and was missing about 20% of the bottom of pipe under the bathroom. Ryan, Chris and Dylan did a wonderful job containing the work area and mess as they had to jackhammer through the slab foundation in the bathroom and driveway in order to install a whole new main line under our single story home. They were able to tunnel under our hallway so that the wood flooring did not need to be removed which was a massive relief. I would highly recommend Ryan and his team for any plumbing issues or repairs, they are very responsive and professional throughout the entire process. I’ve already called them back for a separate plumbing issue we ran into.

Ryan and the whole team are a great bunch of knowledgeable hardworking plumbers. We were referred to Purdy after 2 other plumbers couldn’t figure out our issue (the plumbers themselves referred us), and Ryan and Art immediately figured out the problem with our sewer drain. We have used them for every problem and every new construction plumbing need ever since. They have installed water heaters for us, a whole house water softener and carbon filtration system, new bathrooms and kitchen plumbing, fixed sewer drains, you name it, they can do it. I am an interior designer and I always refer Purdy to my clients!

Purdy Plumbing (Andy) installed a new water heater in our mobile home in February 2019. As we are now selling our home, during the home inspection, the inspector said that in all his years of experience this is the FIRST TIME he's seen an absolutely perfect water heater installation in a mobile/manufactured home. GREAT JOB ANDY!

We’ve gone with Purdy twice now and cannot recommend their services enough. They were quick to respond and clearly demonstrated the issue. They spent as much time on the clean up as they did on the repair and if anything, it looks better than it did before. Thanks, Purdy!

Purdy Plumbing has done work for us in the past. Recently we had another clog issue and we called them again. As always, Purdy showed up on time. We discussed our problem and after a thorough check of our pipes using visual and camera means, a solution was found. For the short term, we elected to hydrojet the pipe in question and we will call them back in a couple of months to do a more permanent treatment of that pipe. Our plumbing challenges result from age in design and in the pipes themselves. Purdy has already helped a great deal in the past in updating our sewer lines with nondestructive methods and installing clean out access points that were nonexistent. We are very satisfied with Purdy. Great work, local business and reasonable prices.

I made an appointment 1 week ago and was given a 10 am - 12 pm window for a toilet install. The price seemed reasonable but that was the only plus. Received a confirmation phone call the day before. Then the service went to unreliable, unresponsive, excuse filled, waste of time. I called them at 12:20 pm to see when they were to arrive. I was told they “were finishing the other job”and would be here shortly. Over promise and under deliver. The only reason there is 1 star is because I can’t leave ZERO stars. Wasted an entire day- which is my only day off waiting for nothing. Would not recommend.
