We had a major sewer leak in the evening with flooding and a huge mess. I called Roto-Rooter and they were here within an hour. They got the sewer blockage cleaned out, contacted our insurance, and had the water restoration team here within 2 hours of the flooding. Vincent and Malik were so helpful, professional, and efficient. This was an extremely stressful situation and they made it so much easier to handle.

Alex came out and did a great job, very professional!

Tech was very knowledgeable at his job & demonstrated full professionalism. Job entailed extra time to complete in the evening & he did not hesitate to dive in and help. Great job !!

We had a clogged sink the night before the 4th of July and weren’t very hopeful about finding help on a holiday morning. But Jesse from Roto-Rooter came through! He showed up promptly, was incredibly respectful and knowledgeable, and even took the time to answer all of my kids’ curious questions about plumbing and how he was fixing the problem. We were especially grateful for the quick service since we were hosting friends and family that day. Would absolutely recommend Jesse and would gladly have him back if we ever need help again!

I was extremely pleased with Jesse who was the technician who arrived to handle the clogged kitchen sink. He was very pleasant and professional. He got right to work after explanation of what needed to be done. I certainly appreciate his expertise and promptness in handling my drainage situation.

Tech Jesse of Roto rooter came and cleared our clogged main sewer line and did a great job. When i called the only problem was with our service sink drain but he found out that the kitchen sink line was almost plugged too so i asked him to might as well to power snake that line too. At first he thought our line was broken because there was mud in his machines snake blade. Everything’s cleared and we were able to get our service sink p trap replaced. Thank you roto rooter/ techs Jesse & Alex!
