Cruz is honest, reliable and cost competitive. I had to replace my sewage line from my house to the street. Cruz not only did a fantastic job in only a few hours, but he took care of other small issues and created better access to the sewer line without any up-charge for labor! He was a fraction of the cost of other estimates I received and the work was very high quality. To add to all this, Cruz has a great demeanor and made me feel at ease with the undertaking of such big project. I highly recommend Cruz without hesitation.

I highly recommend De La Rosa Plumbing. We had an issue with our sump pump and sewage pipe and Cruz was thorough in troubleshooting the issue, providing options, and fixing the issue. He is patient in answering all your questions and explains things thoroughly so we understood the best course of action. Not only is he honest and fair with his prices, he is easily the nicest plumber I've ever worked with! Definitely reach out to them for any plumbing needs, you won't regret it.

De La Rosa Plumbing is the best. I've had different plumbers on projects and by far Cruz has done the best work cleanest install and a very knowledgeable person about his trade. His pricing is very affordable also 👌 , it didn't put a big hole in my wallet.

WOW!! Johnny was EXCELLENT at not only fixing but finding the Solution as to why my toilet kept backing up!! If I could give him 10⭐️ I would !! Johnny found branches & tree debris as the culprit NOT toilet paper . I’ve had other plumbers over the years , but not if this caliber of Professionalism. Johnny is a true PROFESSIONAL !!

Great company i was quoted by so many companies they beat the price. Also were able to give me really good warranty i strongy recommend talk to them and you'll be able to find comon ground. They have an amazing supervisor Mike. He is super informative, also is great at explaining the issue.

Unfortunately, despite the considerable time spent, the company was unable to open the sewer lines. I was initially quoted by one of the crew members that the cost was $279 per toilet, and we pulled three toilets. When they finally told me the total bill, they said it was $379 per unit, totaling $ 1,137.00. I left the property at approximately 8 PM and had to inform all 12 of my tenants in this 12-plex that they could not use the toilets, sinks, vanities, or showers. Elite Rooter did tell me that I needed to put in cleanouts at the point where the sewer line was plugged up that they couldn’t get past, and also proceeded to tell me that the Southern part of the building also had a plugged sewer line that I would also have to dig up and put in cleanouts. The quote for the first cleanout was $18,800, and, of course, they would arrive quickly on Monday with an emergency crew. At this point, I needed to slow down and make a decision. My local company, which didn’t have an opening on Saturday, said they would put me on the list for first thing Monday morning, which they did. They arrived precisely on time at 8 AM on Monday, and within 30 minutes, they had the lines open. As it turns out, there is not a second sewer line going to the main line in the street, but only one. However, Elite Rooter failed to use their locator on the third toilet to confirm a second sewer line. They said that was a different line, and they would have to dig up both at a cost of over $30,000. My sewer company, which is Cut Rate sewer and drain cleaning, not only opened up the lines in 30 minutes and used a camera to confirm that they were open, also did a locate for the cleanout that would not end up being underneath an automobile in the parking lot, which is where Elite Rooter wanted to put them to “save me money”. When it was all over, I wrote a check for less than $400.00 to Cut Rate Sewer and Drain, versus the $1,137.00 check I had written for the service that Elite Rooter completed, but the job was left completely unfinished, and all drains were still clogged. I will now proceed to obtain a bid for the cleanout from Cut Rate. My overall experience with Elite Rooter was not good. I felt as though they were trying to turn a small job into a big job, and I also found out that they do not use a blade on their rooter machine to accomplish the cleaning, which Cut Rate proceeded to tell me is not possible. My final thought is that if you have large, valuable properties, my rental complex has three building with a total of 26 units, this company sees lots of dollar signs ($$$$$) and tries to make it a larger job because they think you have the money to pay for something that does not need to be done. When they billed me, they did not provide a written invoice; instead, they stated, 'This is how much you owe”, and we need a check or credit card before we leave the job site. I was trying to complete the job a day sooner so that my tenants would not have to spend another day without water facilities. In hindsight, I should have waited until Monday and used my local company, Cut Rate Sewer and Drain, and I would not have wasted $ 1,137.00. Lesson Learned!!

Same day appointment (arrived 90 minutes later), and it cost half the price of the company I called. Mike ran a camera and showed me video and explained the issue and options. Great guys! I cannot say enough great things about Jesus, his manager Mike and Elite Rooter as a company. Last night (yep, July 4th) I noticed my kitchen sink was clogged but soon realized my entire house lines were clogged. I reached out to several companies but Elite was the first to respond. I started reading reviews for each company and really liked what everyone had to say about Elite Rooter and especially many reviews that mentioned Jesus in particular. I started to make an appointment for Monday morning then Mike called me and said that he saw the urgency in my message and said he could send his man Jesus out today. Great start so far! Well Jesus came over soon after that and spent the last 3 hours working on my clogs. He is polite, professional and great! His manager Mike also came over and ran a camera out to the street and explained everything to my elderly father and me. I couldn’t believe how fair their price was! They will be the only plumbers my family will use from now on!
