This service visit could not have been better or easier. Service representative Joe arrived on time, analyzed the error code on my water heater and reset the error to get it operational within minutes. Joe stayed to make sure all continued to work properly before leaving. Joe gave me his contact information in the event further service was needed.

Marcos Marin came from Roto-Rooter in a very quick time when our shower was clogged he came out and gave us a quote and was very happy with the service he provided I will definitely be using Roto-Rooter again

After the repairs yesterday, we noticed a bit of moisture on one of the hoses. I called this morning to have it checked, and the plumber quickly identified the issue — the toilet hose was leaking slightly. He replaced it and corrected the problem in less than 15 minutes.

But what really impressed me was that Roto-Rooter sent their supervisor, Malik, to personally inspect the work and check for any potential water damage. He used a moisture detector to verify that all the surrounding wood was completely dry.

That level of follow-through and professionalism speaks volumes about their commitment to quality and customer care. Highly appreciated.

Even though the drain wasn't able to ne cleared the clogged drain with the tools he had on hand, he was able to set a plan in motion to facilitate the repairs with his supervisor. Marcos was very polite and friendly.

The young man who came out was very professional and hardworking. He cleared the pipe efficiently and took the time to explain what he was doing. The $520 service also included a complimentary video inspection of the drain line, which I truly appreciated since I have been dealing with ongoing issues. The camera will help me better understand what is happening with the line and what steps may be needed moving forward. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and would gladly recommend them based on my experience.

Very good at coming when they said they would. Repair was done fairly quickly and was doubled checked to see it was correct. You can even track them to see their time of arrival.

The plumbers were quick to identify the problem and just as quickly were able to remove the blockage. During the process, the plumbers explained what they were doing and how through the camera which was inserted in the plumbing. this showed the blockage and how the pipes were cleared afterwards. The pricing was reasonable and the service excellant.
