Excellent service from beginning to end. Easy to make the appointment, and he arrived as promised within the hour. Keith was very nice, explained things, and got the toilet unplugged quickly. Even cleaned up the toilet a bit!

I couldn’t be happier with the service. It was super easy to schedule, and everyone I interacted with has been extremely pleasant and professional. We had a leak in our upstairs toilet that was seeping through our downstairs ceiling. Our technician, Joe, came out the next day and took care of it in about an hour. Luckily, the pipe looked ok, it was just the wax seal and bolts that needed to be replaced. Joe was extremely courteous, capable and friendly. He answered all my questions and made the process very clear and easy. I didn’t feel pressured or like I was being sold services I didn't need. With the service coupon it wasn't too bad, price-wise. Maybe a little more than a mom & pop. But I think I got my money’s worth. The service was excellent, very easy and prompt. You get what you pay for, and what I got was quality service. It also comes with a 6 month guarantee which is great. I would definitely have them come out again if i need any plumbing services in the future.

I’d like everyone to know about the amazing service and house call I received from Malik at Roto Rooter. We were definitely in a bind after watching gallons upon gallons spew out of our plugged up toilet. We were so fortunate to have the ever so skilled plumber come out to save the day! Afterwards, we Malik came out to check for water damage. He did locate some in our drywall that we would have never know about.
