I called Elite Rooter when I noticed a bad leak in my kitchen. They were able to send Mike out the same day and he quickly found the problem and explained everything that was going on to me. Overall I’ve been extremely happy with their service. The repair was done right and everyone I spoke to was professional and polite. I’d definitely call them again if I have another problem.

It was the worst experience. The plumber who came "fixed the problem" left and I ran the wash cycle again after he left. It flooded my kitchen floor again, just like before. I called and left a message and he said he was on another job but I was his next priority and would come by later. He never showed up. I sent a text and picture of my kitchen floor with water. He called me and asked if he could come the next day. He said he would come at 4pm. I left a locale I was at to be sure I was home. He never showed up nor had the common courtesy to call. I will never call Elite again and got another plumber who fixed the problem the next day with first time quality. I have had service done on my car, house, air-conditioning, etc. but will not recommend their plumbing service to anyone. BTW, I paid via check. Can I cancel the check payment? Yes, but won't. If getting the payment is more important than customer service, you can have it.

From start to finish the service Manny and Keith provided was excellent and professional. They were quick to find the problem and supplied a solution at an affordable price.

We had a bathtub backup last night and searched a good company to contact. I found Elite rooter has a good reputation so I sent them a message. They are very polite so I made an appointment today. Jason Grissom came to my house the time I booked and he was very polite and nice person. He explained everything easily and gave us a good quote so we decided to start the work. After he finished his work, the manager Mike came and he showed the camera throughout the whole pipe and diagnosed what the real problem was which we are already aware of. Finally, we decided to work with them. Because we Mike explained the situation very well we felt they’re knowledgeable and trustworthy. We scheduled the work next Monday. We still have a work to do but I’m not that nervous. I’ll make another review next time. But still I recommend Elite!

The technicians that showed up were very professional and dressed in uniform. Very friendly and with a good attitude. It was a very hot day and they never complained once. They were confident that the job was going to get done. I definitely got my money's worth. They explained everything that was going on and cleaned up at the end. They did a great job. Sell me service plan. Sump pump maintenance, but said I didn’t need it because it was only 7 years old and he didn’t think I needed to replace the gaskets yet.i still yet to receive a refund $495 for the service I cancelled.

Sherveen was very pleasant and easy to work with. He arrived at the agreed time. When he ran a little late at one time, he called and told us let us know. He met us at Home Depot to advise us which faucets would be best for our bathroom. Would recommend this employee and this business.
