Literally had a shitty situation today where both of my bathrooms clogged up, toilets and showers, super embarrasing even though it shouldn't be but the service tech Christian was awesome, he explained everything to me thoroughly and made me feel comfortable, he arrived within an hour of my call and the job was finished in about an hour so grateful. Highly recommended. Thank you :).

I urgently needed a reverse osmosis under sink water filtration unit (and more) installed for my kitchen area, so I called in the morning to make an appointment, and he was able to come over that same day. I have 6 years parts and labor. But the tech said if the cartridge keeps failing cause of rusty pipes, they won't honor the warranty. Also, the tech did not put caulk around the plate around the handle. I just wanted the job done, like it was done originally. Good work, just not 100 %.

Our service person C was great. He has to make a couple of trips but he was quick, clean, and efficient. We had a garbage disposal changed a frozen sink faucet that I couldn't do and a complicated shower unit that I didn't want to touch. Having him do the work was worth it.

The first time I used this company last year, I wasn’t happy with the service. The only reason I called again this time was because another plumber wasn’t available. However, I was pleasantly surprised they were able to see me the same day. Enrique was knowledgeable, thorough, and got my kitchen sink unclogged in about an hour. I really appreciated the improvement in service this time around.

I had an emergency plumbing issue at 4:30am where my shower handle couldn’t turn off the water. I called about 10 emergency plumbers as I had no way to turn off the water in my condo unit at that hour. All were booked, didn’t answer, or couldn’t get to me for a good 5 hour block. (Mind you…my water was running this whole time.) Luckily, High Speed Plumbing answered my 5am call and was able to get me set up right away. Jessy was absolutely fantastic and rushed to get to me as fast as he could. He diagnosed the issue quickly and persevered through a very challenging repair. He even ran out to Home Depot to get another tool in a last ditch effort to loosen a very stuck pipe which helped to avoid an even costlier repair. He stayed with it and got my shower fixed!! Jessy was so professional, personable, and really seemed to care about resolving what was, a very stressful issue. Thank you Jessy for being my hero today!! Give this man a promotion. Give the man a raise!

They came to unclog our kitchen line, and they did a great job. The technician arrived on time, was professional. They got the line cleared quickly and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. Pricing was straightforward with no surprises. Overall, solid service and I’d definitely use them again for future plumbing needs.

Service was excellent and the plumber Christian was very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. The work was done very quick in just two hours. A little pricey but with service that actually fixed the issue its more than worth it. Thanks for everything.

From the supervisor, Chris V. and the technician, Christian, The service is always professional and five stars. Prior to enduring the process of the repairs, the technician always explains the process in an easy to understand way. No surprises ever.
Their rates for service are reasonable. If there are any coupons or discounts that can be applied towards the repair, the technician is always willing to share that with the customer, at least in my case.
I have used High Speed Plumbing for several years now and highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. They are an honest company with high Integrity that are willing to go the extra mile to make sure that the work that’s needs to be done is efficient and the customer is satisfied.
