Mitch came to my house within 15 minutes of initially calling in my problem. After scheduling my repairs, Mitch and Nathan showed up a day earlier to get me handled - they were polite, professional, and his work and the price was great!

Glen has made plumbing repairs in our home for many years. He brings quality and integrity to this company. Glen and the others have always been very helpful and quick to respond when I have a plumbing issue.

Received an email confirmation of appointment (what plumbing company do you know that does this?!), plumber was at my house right on time, he did the work without alot of dialogue or noise, took pictures of the issue and repair, and charged a fair price. I will call them again when I need plumbing work done.

Gonzalo & his team were awesome. They provided precise troubleshooting of our sewer line issue using the camera, followed it with a fair price, then prompt & accurate work, & good cleanup. It was a great experience.

Daniel was our rescuer this time...and he was definitely punctual, answered all our questions, gave us advice on how to avoid future incidents of the same problem, and did a great job. Payouts for plumbing issues is never fun, or expected...but we felt the cost was very fair. We are so grateful!

This was my first time using Mitch Clemmons and I'm glad that I did. Gonzalo arrived on time and I was even notified via text with his picture before his arrival. They were very professional and addressed kitchen drain issue quickly. I would recommend them for any plumbing issue.

I used them for a problem at my house, and I was so impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. Then when a family member needed a referral, it was a no-brainer. They took care of her problem at what I thought was a very reasonable price. They will be the only one I call if I ever have plumbing needs again!

Things you should know, we have a 50's era home, with 50's era plumbing, the plumbing it is needy. When needy plumbing meets a family of 4 you must have a trusted plumber on speed dial. Mitch has been that plumber for our family for many years. Recently we had 1001 things to do, get people off to work, to school, to study and then off on a family trip. The plumbing deciding to be needy was not on the priority list, a quick call to Mitch asked him to come and deal with it. Usually it is a clean out and done. This time the plumbing needed more than a rotor, while we went on our family trip Mitch and his team took care of the issue. We came home to the plumbing functioning and the yard in good order.

Mitch plumbing responded quickly in regards to problems we had with our toilets. They were able to come by the next morning to give us a quote. The plumber was professional and was very knowledgeable.

Late Friday night (after regular business hours and well into "emergency call" territory) both our toilets and showers backed up. The plunger wasn't going to fix this problem and we dare not call a big name plumber with us over a barrel. We waited til morning and called a place that specializes in clearing lines but they didn't have any availability and recommended another plumber. The second plumber didn't have any availability until Saturday night. One call to Trusty Plumbers and Mitch was out within the hour. He quickly and efficiently cleared the line and thoroughly explained the issue and our long term options. Lesson learned: call Trusty Plumbers first!

Mitch Clemmons is awesome. They messaged, emailed and had "live" phone conversations prior to, during and post job.

Even when Jessie was running a bit over, we were called and informed. Kudos to Mitch for well trained happy employees and stellar service.

Jessie was great and gave me a call to insure we were happy with job. No mess or fishy pipe wrench left behind.Glad to report, all flows now.

Mitch Clemons , arrived on time, fixed our problems that 2 other plumbers couldn’t get right, charged us less than I had anticipated , gave us a warranty on their work, the tech. was a young guy but very knowledgeable . I highly recommend Mitch Clemmons Plumbing, if you have problem they can fix it.

I have a plumbing system from the 40's. My plumber retired and I decided to use some big name I hear on the radio all the time. They sent three different plumbers who each spent at least an hour trying to figure it out and gave up. Mitch Clemmons where able to send a plumber at the hour I requested and cleared my main line within 30 mins. They told me of an option to help clean my pipes better but did not press it. They are very knowledgeable tell you straight prices and are now my go to plumblers.

Steven and Nathan did such a great job! Unlike the home warranty plumber who came out, Steven and Nathan were professional, respectful, thorough, and explained everything to me- drawing me a picture of what was going on under my house and using photos to back it up. They gave a simple solution to the problem and (unlike the other plumber) started work on it right away, despite less than perfect conditions, so that I could get back to doing the laundry ASAP. If I had to sum up in one word, I’d say TRUST... I totally feel better knowing they are working on my house. I trust that it’s done right the first time and that they aren’t trying to scam me to buy a new system or something. I can find companies that cost a bit less, but they don’t have the honesty and professionalism these guys do...They are definitely worth it! Thanks again guys! You’re awesome 👏🏻!

My water heater busted while i was out of state. Fortunately my daughter stopped by to collect my mail and discovered the leak. She called me and I called Mitch Plumbing, a tech was dispatched to my house within the hour, made sure the water and heater were shut off, and repaired the leaky hose the following day. It was taken care of while i was out of state. Can’t beat that service. Very professional and polite technicians as well.

I would definitely recommend Mitch Clemmons Plumbing. The office sent me an email with the appointment time and a photo of the technician who would be coming out. The tech was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done and the price. The price was fair and the job was done well. They will be the company I call when I have Plumbing issues.

If I could give more stars, I would! After waiting around all weekend for another plumbing service who flaked continuously, we called Mitch Clemmons this morning and they got here within 30 minutes. They got our backed up main cleared and all taken care of in maybe 20 minutes. Gonzalo was friendly, professional and efficient. We will DEFINITELY be using them with any plumbing issues in the future.
