I had a clogged kitchen drain and Daniel cleared it quickly with the hydro jet and then ran a camera down to show me the condition of the drain pipes. He was very good at explaining everything.

Mitch Clemmons Plumbing advertises on radio that it has 24/7 hour emergency service. Well, the time is now 2:05am. I called and got voicemail. The company also indicates on its website that it is closed on Sundays. WHERE IS THE 24 HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE?

He was very professional and addressed my issue with a quick resolution. I would recommend them and will call them again if I have any further problems.

I love that I can see thru the text message I received showing how close they were to arriving. I had a clogged drain - no problem on fixing that. Told the young man that came about how the water pressure coming out of my faucet was really low. It would come out strong and then go really weak. He checked the head of the sprayer and the washer inside was all twisted. He went the extra mile to try and figure out the problem.
