Snaked our kitchen drain from a rear-house clean out, but since the camera couldn’t show the pipe’s condition and status after snaking, and still seemed somewhat blocked, didn’t charge us for the services; quoted a price for the next step and happy to let us consider and call them back if we wanted to proceed.
