What a wonderful representative for your company! Richard was on time (a bit early even better) was immediately gracious and, he had a certain warmth about him. Having a plumber come to one's home is always a taxing event (like a mechanic) because you're just hamstrung when one has zero idea about plumbing.
He recognized pretty quickly that the condenser was clogged and needed to be cleaned. The task was completed in about forty minutes and he was on his way. (I just checked, and the AC unit is no longer leaking which would indicate the job was completed).

Our technician, Doug, worked quickly and in minutes identified a wiring issue that kept our home HVAC from cooling or heating. For Doug the problem was obvious and he resolved the wiring issue quickly. Another HVAC team remained stumped after 4 visits. Great job Doug!

My home warranty company sent this contractor to my house, and it was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had.

I explained the issue and mentioned that I believed the system was unsafe due to visible corrosion and smoke smell in my house. The technician immediately gave me attitude and said he was only there to replace the blower…I asked him to please take a closer look because I was genuinely concerned about safety, and he snapped back that I was “telling him what to do.” They don’t replace systems. I didn’t just want a bandaid fix…

A few minutes later, while I stepped away to use the restroom, he and his partner told my wife they weren’t doing the job and to call someone else.

Completely unprofessional behavior. Do not use this company.

Absolutely disappointed in this company. One of our high-end expensive two year-old furnaces was not working properly. They came out needed to replace a part took weeks to get the part upon installing it. The guy left never checked the system and it did not work. Once again after waiting multiple weeks And paying another service charge, they sent out the owner who came out and said the control board is bad in a furnace is only a few years old. After weeks, installed it and left the job and within five minutes had no longer worked immediately reached out to the owner. He said he’d be back the next day and I’ve never heard from him again. I did contacted for a factory service company to come out and they were able to diagnose and fix it with no issue and said the other repairs were absolutely not even necessary. The communication follow up and service was horrible. I would absolutely not use this company.

We had a persistent wiring issue with our thermostat that two other companies failed to solve. Doug came out and was able to cure our issue in no time flat. I really appreciate their prompt service, especially before the holidays. I will be called Dunn-Rite again if we have any further HVAC needs!

Nothing has been done right here yet. I requested a service, and they had me pay the dispatch service fee up front. No problem. but since then, I haven't heart anything from their company or a service person. I've called their company 10-15 times, and left several voice messages. no reply, no call back, no contact whatsoever. It's been over a week and nobody has called me back or responded to any of my efforts to contact them. I have no email report, no diagnosis, no report, no proof of visitation or inspection.... sad.

Had a much faster and hassle free repair thru the warranty company than a few other bad experience I had with other companies. Jay came on one day to diagnose the issue and the following week with the replacement part. The only issue is the window of showing up which is 4 hours. They should reduce that, since the house was one of my rentals and I could not spend 4 hours for that.

Cole plumbing is an amazing company, they helped us flush out our whole home and discovered that our sewage line had multiple breaks that would have caused us thousands of dollars if left unrepaired.

They gave us a very good deal and were able to fix everything same day! Love these guys!

I called for hydro jet service as recommended by home warranty plumber.

The stars for Coles are for responsiveness and professional demeanor. Knowledge base and troubleshooting not so much. Felt like a high pressure sales pitch and pressure to give a Google 5 Star Rating.

Plumber comes out with no luck at unclogging clogged bathtub drains with auger. He called his specialist, Oscar, who recommended that I get Hydrojet for $888 or Hydro-scrub for $1200.

I told Oscar I felt "baited & switched". The online ad shows $73 with a disclaimer "*Drain cleaning special disclaimer: Requires accessible access point, first time customers only." He says that was just for a regular cleaning and the other recommended services cost $888-$1200.

The plumber was on site for about 1.5 hours with no luck and arrangement to return in the morning with a ladder to go on the roof and try to unclog the stoppage from the roof.

I ultimately declined and went with another plumber. He unclogged the stoppage through the bathroom sink with in 4 minutes!

He expertly assessed the situation before he acted. $160 saving me $1040 from the Cole's quote.

Nick is an extremely competent and knowledgeable HVAC artisan for Cole. I recommend requesting Nick for all of your HVAC issues.

We called Cole yesterday and asked for an estimate for opening our kitchen drain using hydro jet. They said they need to send a tech to the site to look at the situation and give us the estimate and scheduled for their tech to come by today after lunch. At 3:30 pm today the tech called and told my wife it will cost $880!!! We therefore lost one day and had to schedule with another plumbing company to come by and perform the hydro jet the next day for a much less cost!!!

Easy to book and quick response from the dispatch team. I appreciate the urgency to get Bryan out to assist with my clog. Cole definitely cares about their customers and they make sure to always treat you right with respect and fair prices!

Jose did a stellar job. Fast, friendly, transparent…he provided me with practical options to fix the kitchen faucet leak. Upvote Jose!

Called them on 8/5 to schedule for services on 8/11. Service center stated they could not quote price over phone, but they'd waive the service fee. Service center stated technician would need to evaluate prior to giving prices. And that technicians had a cost sheet and would only give cost after inspection of length of pipes and scope of work. Day of scheduled service I get a call stating the price for camera inspection would be 500.00, but they wouldn't do it cause they would only hydro-jet then scope which would be 1500.00 the reason being that they want a clear picture. This would have not been an issue if they stayed this when I called. I could have scheduled with another provider that could have done the work.

In short they will schedule and state they won't provide a cost then call you day of and state they will do it only if they can add on more services. Bad business practices on my opinion.

A small repair became a big repair but Jose and Ty took care of it. They were professional, polite and great to work with. I would call them again!

Ryan from Cole was promptly at our house to clear a clogged drain. Further inspection showed we needed some sewer relining and repiping work. The sewer line work was rapidly done in less than 2 days using very high tech methods. While it was expensive we believe it is good for many years. They are also replacing our 2 toilets as part of their services. One more to do on Monday. We hope they will send Ryan again.

Christian and Jose from Cole services were great. They were on time, professional, friendly, and helpful demoing, installing, and explaining our new HVAC system. We would highly recommend them.

We are very satisfied! Christian, Jose and Mark were all professional, easy to work with and did their job quickly. We will be having them come back for regular maintenance to clean our ac system!
