Cole was a very good air-conditioning person that showed up in the same day. Did a great job and had no complaints air conditioning. Cold heating worked all new. Maria at Cole was very helpful. Also answered all my questions did all the paperwork and was very helpful. Every time I needed help. Thanks again, Larry.

Well……I just had a new air conditioner/heater system installed by a company named Cole. What a great company!! I had no less than 4 other companies come to my home and give me presentations and wasn’t particularly pleased or excited about any of them. Then I was visited by Cole (thanks to the “big guy” upstairs)! I was incredibly impressed with each person I met. Nice, informative and no “hard sell”. I was lucky enough to have Christian and Jose do the installation. What a great team. Knew what they were doing, kept me informed at every turn and extremely pleasant as well. Christian gave me a very good tutorial as to how to use my new thermostat, went slowly and made it easy for me to take notes.
I can’t recommend the Cole Company or my installation team any higher …Definitely out of 10, I would give them an 11+, no kidding 😊.

Nicolas was great. Showed up at scheduled time. Kept me informed on what he was doing. Cleaned up the area and showed me pictures of the work he did.

Christian, Miguel and Jose did a wonderful job and were very respectful of our property. Also, they were very friendly and helpful.

Cole services has worked on our house in the past. this time we had a leaking sink and needed assistance right away. contacted them in the afternoon and Jose came right out for an inspection !
By the end of the next day Jose rebuilt the plumbing under the sink, installed a new faucet, a new disposal but most importantly found our water pressure was way to high so he also installed a new pressure regulator as ours was very old. All along the way Jose kept me updated with progress, photos and texting as I could not be on property. way to go Jose!!! really appreciate all of the support along the way :)

Cole services sent Bryan over within an hour and Maria was super informative throughout the process and was able to give me the best options and recommendations! Will definitely use Cole for all my plumbing needs! Ask for Maria for the best plumbing techs available!

We always ask for Nick, because he’s the most personable, knowledgeable guy. He explains what he is doing, and cares about us and doing a good job. He’s been with the company a long time. Very loyal worker!

From Maria who took my panicked call, to Brian who is an incredible person. He diagnosed the problem and worked tirelessly over 3 days to install a water heater, repipe some of the old water lines, added a garbage disposal with the help of Danny, and replaced to bathroom faucets. All done with smiles, great manners. I highly recommend Cole plumbing and heating

If I could give them less than 1 star. I would. My dad (80) called for his annual service inspection and change filter on his heater. The guy that came ended calling his supervisor and then supervisor (Mike) came to meet him at the home. He proceeded to tell my dad that his unit was not working and had to be replaced this unit was installed by them 13 years ago. He told them the heaters electrical was fried and the heater would not work. He (Mike) told him that a roof leak caused the damage. He (Mike) told them to replace the furnace would pay $16,000. Long story short this was on a Friday I spoke to my dad and told him not do to anything because 1. He doesn’t have the money 2. We wanted to get a second estimate. Fast forward my husband called and spoke with Mike on Tuesday who stated water came down the flute and damaged the wires to the unit. My husband questioned this more. He told my husband he would no longer to talk to him and hung up on him. Mike called my dad and said my husband was “stupid and didn’t know what he was talking about” he told my dad he spoke with the owner of the company who was willing to replace the unit for $8000. But the commitment to o buy the unit needed to be done right then. Long story short my dad had no leaked in the roof there is NO damage to the unit. The unit is working fine it just needed the blower to be adjusted and the filter changed. The fact that his company has people who work for them who take advantage of seniors who trust them is appalling. I will be contacting anyone and everyone about this company and its work ethics!! I am so so upset!

Drazen Cadena worked on replacing both of my toilets , he did wonderful job and left the work place absolutely clean after he was done.
He is very well-mannered and courteous individual and great to work with, explained every little detail and got another specialist Oscar involved for this job for additional subject matter expertise, who was very knowledgeable as well .
Drazen and Oscar would be my most recommended for any plumbing needs

Nick G. & Edgar arrived for my regular HVAC maintenance. As always, they were prompt and I received a call ahead of the scheduled service. They were respectful of my home, were thorough and explained everything in detail. There was no bait & switch as some companies do and I felt great with their services and care. I have been using Cole for many years and would give them my highest recommendations.

I have been a customer of Cole Services since 2011 when they were able to help me replace my ancient furnace during a very cold December when mine quit. I have continued using them for annual tune ups of that system, and I've also called them in for various plumbing jobs. They've always been super friendly and helpful, and efficient too. They are also up front about costs and good with providing options. Nick was my service technician today, and he was great. I look forward to working with him in the future. Nick and Cody came out. They were prompt and friendly. Found the problem quickly, made the repair and we're done in less than an hour. Professional and worked well together. Pleasant to work with. We've been with Cole's for many years now. This was the best experience yet. Way to go guys! We told Nick he was St. Nick because of the time of the year and how easy it was.

Can't say enough good things about cole services..especially Jose and his crew were great and kept me informed about everything that was going on and needed repairs...they worked really fast to get the job done and left everything clean and tidy. Also they came within the hour when I called..so very fast and punctual. I've been using them for over 10 years now..great service!
