Their AI customer service indicated that someone would call after 10 a.m. to schedule a free in-home consultation to provide a labor quote for replacing a manufacturer warranty-covered water heater.

After not receiving a call by 1 p.m., I followed up myself and was informed by a live representative that there is a $225 charge just to come out and provide a quote.

The inconsistency between the AI messaging and the company’s actual policy was disappointing. Clear and accurate communication would avoid situations like this.

Fast Water Heater is simply fast. They replaced a forty year old water heater and brought set up to code. No leaks just excellent work.

I needed a water heater replaced. The technician (Chris) was knowledgeable. Ryan the chat bot didn't seem to know that FWH was helping me.

Alejandro was fantastic! Very friendly, he first inspected everything to see what could be reused. Then he gave me a detailed explanation of the work to be done along with what labor charges I could expect. Once he completed the installation of the new water heater he checked his work for leaks, flushed out the lines, purged them of air and then cleaned up the area. Very professional and I would recommend Fast Water Heater. I will certainly try them for future plumbing and heating needs. By the way Fast changed out our water heater ten years ago and we’re just as professional back then.

Called for a water heater install and right away they scheduled an estimate. Dean came out and gave me options and recommended what we needed not what was more expensive. Ended up scheduling the job through them and Dean again came out within days and had the water heater installed and running. Nice clean work, made sure everything worked before leaving. Will probably be a go to as they offer a variety of services.

Our Rheem water heater failed after 11 years.

My first point of contact, Scott, was highly informative, patient, kind, and methodical in his intake process. He helped assess our situation, surfaced our most feasible options, and answered all questions and concerns. Once decided, the appointment setup was quick and smooth.

Our tech Alejandro was professional and also highly informative, sharing his practical insights from ground-level experience in the field. He walked us through one of the more crucial and involving home infrastructure decision-making processes (ensuring up-to-code reliable hot water for the longterm). He helped us balance out the cost reduction alongside risk mitigation.

Our pilot light would not light and Fast was able to send out a technician the same day within a couple hours. Our technician, Dustin, called 30 minutes before his arrival and was able to quickly troubleshoot our heater. He determined the thermal coupler just needed to be replaced instead of a brand new water heater which he swapped out in 30 minutes. Dustin was quick, courteous, professional, and very neat so overall, a great experience!

My water heater started to leak. The failing heater was over 20 years old. I should have gotten three quotes but with an active leak and no hot water, I decided to go the Home Depot route. They connected me to Fast Water Heater Company, and after an initial consultation, I selected a water heater and asked for a same day install. Alejandro and David arrived later in the day at the scheduled time and installed the heater and a pressure regulator in under three hours. With the unexpected add ons, the price was considerably higher than the initial quote. Even so, I feel the prices were fair. Fast Water Heater pulled the permit for me and I was told I will need to schedule a future inspection. Overall, so far I feel the install went smoothly, Alejandro did a good job of making sure I understood all of the installation steps, the leak is gone, and I have hot water again. Overall, I am happy with Fast Water Heater Company and their service!

After shopping around three service providers, we ended up going with Fast Water Heater Co., and am very glad we did. They were not only the most competitive in pricing, our technician, Moises P., was tremendously informative, efficient, friendly, professional and respectful. I trusted him from the onset because he was very open with sharing his experiences and opinions; you could tell he wasn’t just there to upsell, he cared about my wife and me being satisfied. All my plumbing needs will be serviced by Fast Water Heater going forward; I hope all their other employees are as good as Moises. As an extension, I like Home Depot a little bit better now, too, for working with a highly professional group of people.

I couldn't be happier. From the time I requested the service online, to Tommy on the phone and then Quentin, my technician. The system is very efficient and the price is right. I got three quotes. Quentin kept me informed about his arrival time so I wouldn't have to miss more work than necessary. When he arrived he had the water heater I had ordered but recommended another one that he thought would fit better and actually cost $300 less. He worked overtime to install it the following day, so I would be without hot water any longer. I can't say enough. BTW, if you think this is a fake review, it's not. I just water-heaters home depo and that's how I found them. I am writing a scathing review of my home warranty company, First American. They were going to make me pay $1708 out of pocket in addition to the "coverage" provided by my contract with them. So, in a nutshell, thumbs up to Fast Water Heater, thumb down to First American Home Warranty.

Dustin was great. He explained everything regarding the steps needed to replace my water heater and gave me options on which parts needed to be replaced or not. He was upfront about the cost for each part, so there were no surprises when it came time for payment. He was very thorough and did a great job in a very timely manner. Included are before and after photos.

Technician assessed the hot water heater situation; gave me an estimate to correct issues; promised a new date and an expected arrival time; estimate time for completion time - arrived on time, completed work and completed payment process. He was professional, organized and worked very neatly.

Two installers from Fast Home Services (FHS) backed by Home Depot installed Rheem 50 gallon water heater natural gas in my garage . They seemed install professionally but when completed the installer rushed me to sign all the paperwork’s without giving me a chance to read what I signed, he said all these paperwork’s will be emailed to me. I asked to check to make sure I have hot water but he insisted his boss just called him to go to the next job. I said I need to talk with his boss right now I’m not satisfied with the service. Just about the hot water came out in my faucet, the hot water pipe burst out and hot water flooded my garage, luckily the 2 installers still there so they re-soldered the leaked hot water pipe and helped me clean up flooded garage. FHS charged me $4,800 for the whole service including $1,000 for the circulation pump supposed to have the timer but the installer says he only install the circulation pump without the timer. FHS say the circulation pump is to get hot water to the farthest point (2nd story) faster in less than 1 minute; I timed it the next day at 8am & 6:30pm, it took ~10 (yes ten) minutes to get hot water, the circulation running all the time very noisy inside the house and I can’t sleep. I called the FHS and they told me I can turn it off so not noisy anymore. I will ask for the money back on the circulation pump. I looked at the paperwork via email that the installer rushed me to sign such as waiver my right to cancel which I would never sign if I got chance to read it. In conclusion I feel I was cheated, when I signed the proposal the technician at the office advised it will take 6 to 8 hours to complete this job but after only 4 hours the installers rushed me he needed to leave. I paid $4,800 for Rheem 50 gallon gas water heater which is high price but substandard service. Very unhappy customer.

Mike Sweeting and his crew from Fast Water did an exceptional job installing our tankless water heater. The price was fair and they finished the work in a timely manner. Mike made sure I was aware of the significant rebates that are offered. I wouldn’t hesitate calling Fast Water for any future needs.
