I was surprised and utterly pleased with Lionel, at LCDoctor Plumber, Inc. I was expecting a plumber who would try to upsell me on an expensive solution to my desperate need. Not so with Lionel. After taking a deep internal camera into my ceramic main line sewer drain, and an acoustic locator as to where the obstruction was below the surface in my front lawn, Lionel was able to tell me where the obstruction was, how deep it was and the least expensive way to solve the problem. He informed me on the long term certain more expensive choice, but also the least expensive way, short term but solid answer to solve it using my handyman. He was generous, kind, clear, experienced and at a reasonable rate. He is calm, not alarming and tenacious to help the people lucky enough to have him help them with a plumbing problem. I can most passionately refer this plumber for his skill as well as his character.

Lionel came to me during an emergency overflow from my toilets.
He was on time, thorough, extremely knowledgable (after 16 years doing plumbing),
and reasonable about the risks and the choices I was faced with. He suggested the least expensive route, the cost of each plumbing part, the fiberglass method to the polyurethane pipe. He was careful not to break my already cracked and root ridden 93 year old ceramic pipe, while shark snaking to try to clear any roots so that I could clear my sewer line and breathe relief. He took it as far as he could, hoping to buy some time for me, enlarge the encroached diameter and provide a short term solution. He took it up to the bend in the pipe where the camera and the snake stopped. That is when he recommended the next step. A 4' X 7' square hole, 5.5' deep, cut the pipe, remove the roots in the area, use the camera again to see how far the root stretched and remove them, put in new pipe with connectors, and that should solve the problem. If not, the more expensive polyurethane and fiberglass method might have to be chosen. He explained to me every step. It was so refreshing and took some of the nervous burden away.

I was very happy with his service and expertise. I can easily recommend him to others.

Leo and his son Joshua arrived on time for the appointment we made on the phone for the next day. We had a clogged bathroom sink. They were very professional and explained the process throughly. The price was fair for the work they did. I would recommend this company of you have any problems.

LC Doctor is the primary plumber for our rental properties. I say primary because they are highly sought after so on occasion I’ve had to call elsewhere but LC Doctor is always our first call. They operate with integrity are knowledgeable and congenial. They make it a point to educate us on the work that is being done by explaining the what and the why to insure we have a clear understanding. The only problem is I need the team to be cloned for our LA & Inland Empire properties. Thank for always providing us with five star service LC Doctor.

Leo was fast, and did an excellent job. At first, we had him come to clean our clogged drain lines. When it clogged again, he came with his camera, diagnosed the issue, showed, and explained the issue to me, and my options. I was so impressed with him that I agreed to have him do the repairs. He finished ahead of schedule, and on budget. One of the best contractor experience I’ve ever had.

The gas company call me because they tough that I had a lick in my house because the bill was going up every month
The came they check and unfortunately the found a lick .
They put a lock on the valve of the gas and toll me that I had to call a plumber and fix the issue.
I call Dr. plumber and Leo answered very quickly , I toll my problem about the lick at that time he was working in other place but he promised me he will come next day at 9:00 in the morning
He was 10 minutes before 9:00
Very happy to seem them ! They found 2 licks closed to the dryer the other one in other place but He worked very quickly in order to call back the gas company and they can come and check it again and unlock the valve in order to have gas very desperately you cannot cook, take a hot shower they finished I called the gas company ,the tested again and pass
