Great customer service from these guys, hands down! Didn’t have to wait long to get my washing machine fixed. Robert was very attentive as I was explaining the issue with the machine and he managed to fix it in just a couple of hours. He clearly knew what he was doing and took the time to double-check everything before leaving. I really appreciated how professional and friendly he was throughout the whole process. It’s rare to find service that’s both efficient and personable these days. Highly recommend!!!

The technician did a good job today but our original appointment was 2 days ago no one showed up and I was not able to call anyone there's no human answering the phone the system takes you into a loop to reschedule an appointment but there's no one to speak with I tried all the numbers that I searched on Google they all go to the same automated system no one can speak to a human
