The guys from A11 just left. I'm so happy to have found reliable appliance repairmen -- who are REASONABLY priced. My washing machine started making crazy noises and smelled like burning plastic. After several weeks of the ice maker ordeal, Ilia and partner replaced a sensor and replaced the ice maker twice, with prompt and courteous service and very fair pricing. Unfortunately it is not making ice even close to the same rate it was prior to breaking down. However, I believe Ilia tried everything possible and we are appreciative.

The ice maker in our freezer stopped producing ice completely. The technician flushed the water line, replaced a stuck valve, and it started dropping ice again like nothing ever happened.

I had a problem with my washing machine. They responded and came out ASAP. They quickly fixed it. They only charged the call fee ($64 was very reasonable) and said they would apply it toward the cost of replacing the part if I have further problems with it. Great service!

We reached out to A11 through Yelp when our washing machine was leaking water. They came out to fix the problem and when the initial assessment was fixed but the machine was still not working properly, they ordered the needed parts and came again. Knowing that we had not had a washing machine for more than a few days, they actually texted us to come earlier than scheduled. We appreciate their professionalism and expertise to fix our machine. We would definitely call them again if needed.

In addition my washer was leaking turns out it was a simple fix the gasket just needed to be adjusted. All in all I had exceptional service at a fair price you can't ask for more these days! I am so thankful for Ilia and his partner! I tried getting my washer repaired via insurance, but the process and overall cost was going to be far too difficult, long, and very expensive. Ilia responded to my request right away and was able to come the next day to take care of what the insurance company said would be a 3-Day process. My stacked system is in a tight, tricky space, but they managed to get the job done! He and his partner were kind, responsive, quick, and honest.

A strange burning smell came from the stove each time we turned it on. The tech found a melted wire, repaired the harness, and checked the whole unit for safety. Everything works clean and safe now.
