David was prompt and helpful! He fixed my toaster oven door (something no other repair place would bother with) and I’m glad the perfectly working appliance didn’t end up in the dump.

My dryer stopped heating, and CityFix Appliance Repair came to the rescue. The technician was punctual, friendly, and clearly experienced. He quickly identified a faulty heating element, replaced it, and even cleaned out some built-up lint to prevent future issues. The dryer now works like new, and the price was very fair. Excellent service from start to finish!

Our lower freezer had been leaking for months so we tried replacing the casket on our own but it still continued to leak. We called City Fix not only was he able to come the next day he texted me on his way and was able to fix the issue which was a frozen and clogged drain.. Davis said if it continued to leak after the repair, he suggested replacing the gasket, I told him let's just go ahead and do it. Adam said no let's just wait and see. The freezer is no longer leaking and we did not have to change out the gasket. Most places would've just said replace it and charged us a lot more money but City Fix was honest and was trying to save us money as well. I will be calling them every time. I have an issue with any appliances from now on.

This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. The technician was unprofessional and had a bad attitude. He didn’t explain what the issue was and just demanded payment after doing minimal work. The appliance stopped working again within a few days. Clearly, they lack both skill and customer care.
