2nd time I have used David, but this time to repair my 12 year old Whirlpool Dryer that was not heating up. Consumer Reports says if it costs 1/3-1/2 the price of a new dryer, then repair it. Therefore I called David! He had to take the dryer all apart(!) and had it up & running an hour & half later. Again, David left the area clean & was on his way. David is truly a knowledgeable technician, reliable and efficient. I will continue to be a regular client for future. Thank you David!

David was very quick to respond to my request for a microwave installation estimate. He promptly responded with a reasonable price. I got a text from him the next morning (Sunday) and came over for the installation. David was professional, respectful and courteous. He went above and beyond by cleaning up all boxing and debris and he hauled the old microwave to the curb for city pick-up which I requested. Xlnt Service! Thank you David!

Washing machine gave out, starting shaking violently, I was not able to use it at all. I looked online for new machines, but thought what about repairs? I Googled appliance services in Glendale and Cityfix was one of the first results. I read the reviews and thought, why not? I called them and spoke with a representative and amazingly, I was able to be seen that day! David communicated with me en route, provided his diagnosis, and presented his solution.

Needless to say, his expertise, his professionalism, and eagerness to help, made me feel comfortable and brought a tremendous amount of relief. He stayed in communication up to the moment he arrived to my home to repair. His attention to detail and great skills, led to a quick and efficient repair.

A 20 year old technician came out to fix the leak in my Frigidaire refrigerator and also to fix the iceakee which wasn't working. I had to leave him to finish up with my husband in the house. He called me while I was doing my errand said it was done and I paid with cc online.
When I got home First thing I noticed the ice machine still not working. Called the tech and he said he forgot to turn the water valve back on. So I turned it on and still no ice being made.
After waiting 6 hrs. I paid $500 foronly half the job being completed . I will be calling them in the morning and it will be fixed or I will take it to court
I wish to amend this review. The young man that responded to my request to fix my leaking refrigerator and ice maker was very professional and fixed the leak and repaired the ice maker
