The AC unit started blowing warm air right in the middle of a hot day. The technician found a refrigerant leak, sealed it, and refilled the system. Now it’s ice-cold again — can’t thank them enough for the quick fix!

Ilia has been servicing my refrigerator or freezer needs for several years now and whenever I have any issues with those things or any appliance issues (minus plumbing since I have a separate person for that) and he has always been great and reliable and trustworthy

After our washer started shaking like crazy during the spin cycle, we called these guys. They leveled the machine, swapped out bad shocks, and it now runs quietly. Feels like a brand-new appliance.

Last month my LG Brand dryer started acting up and then a few days ago all of a sudden my LG Brand washer stopped draining and I couldn't finish washing a load of laundry! On Sunday afternoon I spent some time on Google and Yelp searching for various appliance repair companies and ran across A11 Appliance Repair. I had also read some reviews for other companies saying that some repairmen don't know how to fix LG and so I really made sure to read reviews and choose a company that had knowledge about LG appliances.

I sent A11 Appliance Repair a message through Yelp and I didn't expect to receive any reply until Monday morning, but I was pleasantly surprised to have such a fast response only a few minutes later, confirming a visit window for me for Monday with Ilia to check my washer and dryer.

Ilia has great communication, always messaging when he is on his way and the time given for arrival is almost exact! Yesterday (Monday) Ilia was able to easily diagnose the problems with my Washer and Dryer and he knew exactly which parts he needed to bring. We made another appointment for today during which he brought the part that was needed (The drain pump). I asked Ilia if I can watch him to fix the Washer because I am interested to see what it looks like inside and how it is done, and he was happy to have me watch the procedure. He really fixed my washer with such ease I think he can do it with his eyes closed. In addition, he taught me something about the dryer that I didn't even realize or notice, the "time dry" option. Honestly these dryers that have sensors don't make sense to me, the sensor is in the front under the door, and how can it sense the center of the load that is being dried. I can't believe I never realized there is a Timed Dry option and I will be using this option from now on!

The repairs were very reasonably priced and I will definitely call Ilia again and refer to friends should anything else need repairs! Thank you so much, I am so happy I can do my laundry again!!!

This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. The technician was unprofessional and had a bad attitude. He didn’t explain what the issue was and just demanded payment after doing minimal work. The appliance stopped working again within a few days. Clearly, they lack both skill and customer care.

My LG washing machine pump went out and they showed up next day and replaced it on the spot. Now I don't have to stress out about my 3 kids rolling around in the backyard. The service was prompt and they quoted a fair price. They also did a dryer maintenance which replaced a bad drum roller and cleaned up a ton of lint. Glad I was able to find these guys.
