Wanted to highly recommend A11 appliance repair work was done expeditiously and with professionalism other than a delay in parts from the SAMSUNG company my appointment went without a hitch. My washer stopped working and I needed it fixed immediately. A11 not only responded immediately but came to fix my washer the same day, within a few hours. They diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced my drain pump with one they had on hand within an hour. Not only were they polite and prompt but they also charged me an extremely reasonable price for all the work they did. I highly recommend them and understand why they have such amazing reviews. I forgot to mention that my washer and dryer are stacked so they had to remove the dryer first and did so with care. They are my go to repair guys from now on.
