I highly recommend this company. I was able to call them on Thursday for a broken washing machine (stopped spinning) and Alex made an appointment and came out the next day. He serviced my dryer at the same time, thankfully, and instead of overcharging me for a part sent me the link to order the part on Amazon (front filter). The part I needed for my washer was out of stock with them so he immediately ordered it. He promised it should be in within the next few days and he texted me on Saturday to say the part was in and scheduled an appointment with me for Monday. My washing machine is fixed. I will use them again.
