My oven was not heating up properly. Had Emanuel come out and see what was wrong and he fixed it in about 30 minutes! There was no mess left behind.

My garage refrigerator wasn’t working so I called Pros Fix Appliances they were was fast, efficient and very reasonably priced. Very professional!

This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. The technician was unprofessional and had a bad attitude. He didn’t explain what the issue was and just demanded payment after doing minimal work. The appliance stopped working again within a few days. Clearly, they lack both skill and customer care.

Our dryer was intermittently not heating, A&Y had good reviews on Google so we called them at 1:30 and Mike quickly scheduled us for a 2:30-5:30 appointment, the technician Ara arrived around 3:30, after a 15 min inspection it was determined an internal part was malfunctioning, he completed the replacement and was done by 4:15. Great service and so far so good on the dryer, I will call them for future appliance service.

I was very happy and pleasantly surprised, that A&Y Appliances were able to come out same day as well as a weekend day was not an extra charge.
