Great service. My LG washer broke on a Sunday. It wouldn’t drain or spin. I found them on Google, and they were great on the phone. They came on the early side of a 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. window. That was great.
I read the reviews, and people complained about a language barrier. I don’t see how that would matter. The technician knew his stuff. He fixed the broken water pump and cleaned behind my washing machine. He was amazing.
I highly recommend them. My washer is all fixed and I’m five loads in today :-)

There is one word that describes A&Y Appliances...EXCELLENCE! I googled appliance repair and found A&Y appliances. Eugene was sent out to check on my washer the same day and he was very professional and worked quickly but thoroughly on my washing machine. Eugene after replacing the part and before leaving ran the washing machine to make sure it was working properly. (The price for the repair was reasonable). Now my washing machine works better than when I bought it brand new.

Saturday the timer on the dryer broke. I contacted A&Y appliances and an appointment was set up for the afternoon. They text me.,Eugene was on the way. He showed up and diagnosed the problem...part needed to be ordered and he said a maximum of 3 days to complete job. Sunday afternoon I received text that Eugene has the part and on his way...on Sunday!!!. He c a me replaced the item and finished. I was shocked....Eugene said they work 7 days a week!!!!. Exceptional service and very knowledgeable and polite. Call them for any appliance repair. Thank you Eugene.

Was able to get an appt quickly; arrived on time and immediately knew what the problem was with my washer; ordered the part and came out the next day to fix it. Great customer service and reasonable pricing. Would definitely use them again if the need arises.

Company notifies you at first contact when you ask for Service that they will charge a $85 minimal just to look at it, but it is part of the total bill if you agree to have them continue. Service rep was very professional and a nice guy. Even with the language barrier, we communicated back-and-forth very well.
The service guy never needed to replace any parts or fix anything, and there was no real disassembly. Laundry softener well was just clogged and was remedied with using a zip tie to clean through it and technician ran some vinegar through also to help flush the clog. Technician spent an hour and 20 minutes on the work and again was very professional. After taking pictures of my serial number of the unit and asking how old the unit was, I believe to send to the main office,I was told I owed $320 for the work done. Technician was good and service was minimal, but this is completely overpriced for what needed to be done and when you’re sent the invoice to your cell, it comes in as an estimated bill. Never was there an estimate given only the minimal charge and then the very high price for work done.
For the work needed compared to the bill amount -to clean the softener dispensing hole, I do not recommend this company unless you’ve got a very healthy wallet.

I reached out to Mike at 6pm with a washer error code issue and he scheduled us for 9-11am the following morning, Eugene arrived on time and performed the service quickly. A&Y Appliance is excellent.

I appreciated that they were able to come out to repair my dishwasher so quickly. Their repairman (unfortunately I don’t know his name) was prompt, efficient in diagnosing the issue and best of all, had the necessary replacement part on his truck so he could fix it right away. I am more than grateful that I chose A&Y Appliances and would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic service. A&Y scheduled Vardan a same-day visit for my Viking refrigerator, quickly diagnosed a failed compressor, and came back the next day with the parts to finish the job. Smooth process, reasonable price and the fridge is running perfectly now

A&Y Appliances were terrific. They picked up immediately when I called, and sent a technician within a couple of hours. Eugene, my technician, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and within a couple of days came back and fixed my dishwasher. My 30 year old Maytag dishwasher now runs like new. Eugene and the A&Y team were professional, quick, and great to deal with. Very reasonable as well. I look forward to using them for any future appliance issues.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Needed my washer door lock replaced. They came the day I called, inspected the washer, ordered the parts, came back the next day and fixed it. The entire process took less than an hour in total. Showed me the cost of parts and told me how much the total cost would be. Thank you A&Y and Ara! I will refer this company to friends and family.

I am very happy to have found A&Y Appliances. I needed help late in the evening and Anna and Mikayel (aka Mike) came to the rescue! Anna handled the dispatch and Mikayel came and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. He also patiently explained the issue to me which is greatly appreciated.

When Mikayel shared that he would return once the part arrived, he lived up to his commitment (even with the pouring rain and holidays!).

I had a great experience with A&Y Appliances! Their service fee is only $85, which is very reasonable compared to other appliance repair companies I called.
