Mark has now repaired my washer and dryer and they are working great. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly. He replies quickly and cleans up when he’s done (which I can’t say other companies always do).

He came same day and diagnosed our washing machine in a matter of minutes. Unfortunately the parts for our 12-year-old machine are no longer sold, but I really appreciated his professionalism and efficiency. Will definitely call again when we need any appliance repairs.

I called Mark on a Saturday afternoon and he was able to come out to diagnose my dishwasher by Monday morning. He ordered parts that day and had it fixed by Friday for a very reasonable fee given all the repairs it needed. I will definitely use Mark again for my appliance repair needs.

Arbi is such a gem of a human being and did such a wonderful job with my client's fridge, that I asked for an additional appointment to have him do a maintenance on my personal fridge. Also, left everything sparkling clean after the job. Over the moon happy!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! ♥️

Hovhannes was great and very professional. Made it out on a short notice to fix my thermador refrigerator. Through the pouring rain on Christmas Eve he made it happen for us and we are very thankful. Although I hope to not have any issues any time soon if and when I do I will be calling here for future repairs.

I am extremely pleased with the service and expertise that Arbi showed when analyzing and fixing our refrigerator. He was diligent and methodical in zeroing in on the problem that we were having. The response time and ease of scheduling an appointment was good. Vic was communicative and let me know in advance when he would be here and what was happening. During the repair he explained what was going on, answered my questions and was thorough in follow up.

We were impressed with George’s thorough diagnostic of our older Kenmore Elite dishwasher and the professionalism of his repair. Dishwasher works great now! However, we were disappointed with Allsafe’s lack of communication with us. It took 10 days to get the parts and during that time, we got no updates from Allsafe, despite several calls to ask.

My technician Hovhannes was awesome! He was very professional & personable, had my issue diagnosed and fixed in a pretty short time. Left my dryer clean & fixed and ready for service and also recommend yearly maintenance-great experience!

Romik the technician came as scheduled. He took the stove top apart the figured out the issue. He explained it clearly and proceed with maintenance and repair. It is my first time calling All Safe Appliance Repair and will definitely will contact them again.
