The reviews are correct as they provide a great service and working with Geogre was great, he provided our estimate and completed our repair work once parts became available. Oh and there level of communication with updates on scheduling and arrival times was excellent and very helpful also appreciated.

A great experience all around, from scheduling to completion. Our technician, Romik, was communicative, punctual, extremely polite, and explained everything thoroughly before any money changed hands. After parts were ordered, Allsafe was prompt in scheduling the repair. Romik returned and did an excellent job, fast to boot. He even vacuumed out the washer filter, something he certainly didn’t need to include. If you need a repair, don’t hesitate to call these guys… and ask for Romik! He rocked it! 5 stars.

Repair tech Arbi was friendly, professional, and efficient. He discovered that my 13-year-old 18” dishwasher had been installed incorrectly, and a part to keep the door in alignment was missing. My machine was older and parts no longer available. Instead of using a plastic part, which he said would probably break, he actually fashioned a metal part that fixed the problem. The repair cost was reasonable, less than half the price of getting a new one. Well worth it.

I called Allsafe Appliances to come check out my Samsung Dryer & the technician diagnosed it & found out the problem & with in minutes he told me what the problem was & was able to fix it! I’m so happy my dryer is fixed and running. I’ll for sure be calling Allsafe Appliances if needed for any appliances issue.

George was fantastic! Our dishwasher was t working and he was able to diagnose the problem and offer a solution within 7 minutes. Once the part was ordered, George came back and installed it. Our dishwasher is back up and running thanks to George and All Safe Appliance!

I needed maintenance on my SubZero Refrigerator and Freezer. I called Allsafe Appliance, they were very responsive and sent a tech out the next day. Vic came out and cleaned the condensers and checked the rest of the equipment out. He did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them if you have an appliance need.

I was very happy with the service overall. Price was fair and what I expected it to be. They replaced a temp sensor and 2 ignitors on 10+ year old oven. Service was prompt, communicative and easy for me. The tech was very polite and friendly and even charmed my cat. So very happy overall with the service. What a wonderful find, Allsafe Appliance Repair! I initially called the company from whom we purchased the warranty to come and fix our freezer, but I couldn’t get them out to our home in less than 2 weeks. The freezer would have been dead by then! I found Allsafe Appliance Repair with a quick Google search, and in less than 24 hours, George arrived at my front doorstep. He was kind, courteous, and he was able to diagnose the problem with our practically-new freezer within 2-3 minutes. Turned out that the heating unit in the freezer was malfunctioning, so ice was piling up all around the fan that circulated the cold air. He ordered a new part, and within 3 days, we have an as-good-as-new working freezer again. I’d highly refer Allsafe Appliance Repair. And when you call, ask for George!
