Absolutely loved Arthur’s professionalism and consistency. I dropped off my Breville espresso machine on Tuesday at 5 p.m. and it was ready by Wednesday at 2 p.m. My machine was not working and Arthur brought it back to life. I know I can trust Arthur with my appliances.

This company is honestly God sent. They are extremely professional, courteous and on time. I call him doctor appliance because he right away knows what to do to fix the problem and doesn’t create unnecessary expenses like others do. They are considerate, quick and have reasonable prices. Was assigned this company through our home warranty service. Showed up on time, looked at the appliance, and determined the problem. They came back a week later and installed the new part. The first time we used the appliance we got the same problem. So we called our warranty company and said the problem wasn't fixed. Next thing we know, this company is saying we created the problem and they wouldn't return to finish the job. A couple of months go by and we receive a bill that we never paid them for the service fee. We tried discussing this but they wouldn't return our calls. Now our Warranty company has put a freeze on our account because this provider is trying to double dip on the service fee. Again, they won't help clear this up. So watch out, they lie about the work and then try to double charge for the service. Thankfully the warranty company sent another provider who determined the REAL ISSUE and corrected it the way it should have been done and it wasn't owner related.

I cannot say enough, and if you are in need for appliance repair, Rangel will save you hundred of dollars and would resolve your issue in a timely manner. He would also go above and beyond to share his recommendation when and if you need to buy new appliances, I would always take his advice and was never disappointed. Alpha appliance and Rangel has got to be one of the few honest companies left. I'm very happy to have found them. They have worked on several appliances for me through out my homes. Always honest and great pricing. They don't charge unnecessary fees or replace parts not necessary to change.

After 4 weeks without a clothes washer machine and bad service from another company... I was able to change to a new company. I was sent Rangel who is an asset for Alpha! He was able to see all the terrible service that was done to my machine and how they left it in a state of disrepair. Rangel had to put the machine back together and had it up and running in 20 minutes!
