Hovhannes, assessed my refrigerator problem explained exactly what parts were needed to repair and reviewed everything with me and answered my questions. Once the parts were received he did the repairs in a timely manner. I am so satisfied I asked him to repair my dryer too!I
I strongly recommend him if you want the job done right.

I called on a thursday after my dryer started making a terrible squeak sound. Vic came out Saturday early in the appointment window and clearly explained possible issues. He opened the dryer and found it full of lint. He cleaned it spotless and replaced the necessary parts. Now my dryer sounds amazing and I know it’s not a fire hazard. Will 100% be calling this company for future appliance maintenance.

Our technician, Andrew, was very professional, courteous, on time, and diligent. Sadly, he could not fix our 45 year old dryer as the part that was broken is no longer available. However, he worked very hard to try to fix it which was much appreciated.

Hovhannes was very efficient and thorough in finding and fixing the problem with our refrigerator. He explained things well. He was friendly and respectful. We will ask for him if any need should arise in the future.

Hovhannes was the best technician! He fixed the drum on my dryer and did it in a timely manner! He was truly the best and very professional. I would definitely recommend him in the future if anyone needs any appliance fixed!

Our 10+ year old, more likely 15, LG Washer failed to drain the water out after never being a problem. The suspect was that the drain motor had broken. Internet search and we chose AllSafe to call because of the number of years in service. (24?) They could send a technician this afternoon. Perfect!!!
Yesai verified the diagnosis as soon as he turned it on. The estimate for the new pump and labor was more than fair. Not only that, he had the part with him already.
He was a magician dissambling the washer to get at the failed motor. He cleaned everthing as it was put back together, and it's good as new!!!
He also asked how the dryer was? Fine so we thought, and when was the last full service cleaning? Never!!
We OK'd to do this service as well. Again, like lightning he had it all disassembled and there was lint buildup inside embarrassingly thick. Yesai was meticulous cleaning every nook and cranny of every part. It now too is completely cleaned and like new.
Both were tested to be sure all is working properly.
This company is definitely going in my phone to be the one to call for ourselves, or if anyone asks, "Do you know...?"

We had to have the fancy Samsung refrigerator that we inherited repaired. We had been told by two other technicians that nothing could be done. The hood was considered too old, the model number was worn off, and replacement was suggested. Even the landlord was ready to give up.

This hood is an antique that fits beautifully with the home’s old-world style, and replacing it would have been a real loss. Thanks to his skill and persistence, we were able to keep it.
