This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. The technician was unprofessional and had a bad attitude. He didn’t explain what the issue was and just demanded payment after doing minimal work. The appliance stopped working again within a few days. Clearly, they lack both skill and customer care.

This is the second time A&Y has come to my home to fix an issue with my refrigerator and both times the technician arrived quickly on the same day I called, was respectful, and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

It was very easy to make an appointment that was suitable for my schedule. The technician arrived during the window of time set. Very professional and let me know via text when he was getting close. He diagnosed the cause of the problem and was able to obtain the necessary part, return at an agreed upon day and time and fix the issue.

Arrived on time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They were in and out so fast! Fair price also!

I had already resigned myself to the fact that I would be without a refrigerator for at least several days. I was delighted when it turned out that the technician had the right parts for the job and immediately went to work. Needless to say I’m beyond pleased. Thanks so much!

Live in Ventura County. Couldn't get any local company to come out and service my oven. Soonest would be over a week. One company even after Christmas- it's Dec 5th! Called A&Y 2days ago, oven fixed this morning. Thanks for the the great service!

Ara, our service person, greeted us with a smile and a warm handshake. He quickly saw what our problems were and repaired them on the spot after an explanation we could understand. He was very professional and we are grateful for such a good experience.

Really responsive, good price, Eugene spent over an hour troubleshooting the dishwasher, starting with the most basic issues and finally getting to the bottom of the problem, carefully dismantling the machine. He went straight to work, was very focused, polite and friendly. Feels good to have a reliable company to call for an appliance issue! Will def use again!

I needed my washer and dryer checked. I found them on Yelp and Google. They sent out a tech named Ara in a few hours. My washer was good. My dryer needed maintenance. Job very well done. Definitely recommend. Great value as well. Thank You Guys!!

Best appliance repair (of my Smithsonian qualified clothes dryer!) experience ever. Experienced, professional, on time, and great communication. Appointment setting was easy over the phone. When Eugene, the technician, arrived he had the parts that he anticipated would be needed. The repair was done expertly. Recommendations and information were provided to help me avoid having the same problem again, which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend.

A&Y set up a Same Day appointment in the time frame that suited my schedule AND repaired my washer that day. I need my washer for my business, and I appreciated the excellent service.
I wish the Tech spoke English, and the price was a little lower, but the work was excellent and the same day service and repair was phenomenal!
Highly recommended and I hope they continue the good work during future repairs.

A&Y were very response, quick to send a technician to diagnose the issue, and resolved the problem as soon as they had the part available (within a few days including the weekend). Ara was great to work with throughout the process, and was transparent about some of the hurdles and steps to resolve our problem.

I found A&Y via google. My dryer didn’t heat up anymore. They were kind and responsive. They sent a repair man Eugene out same day. Which was a Saturday evening. They send out text to let you know when they will be there and the name of the repair person. He quickly found what was wrong. Was very thorough and showed me what parts need to be replaced. He showed me the price which was very reasonable. He took great care and fixed it all. I was very impressed and highly recommended this company.

A&Y Appliances came out on a Saturday to help with a washer that was spraying water everywhere. They had to order a part in order to complete the fix, but returned a few days later to put everything back in place. Friendly, efficient, courteous -- a very nice experience with them from a very unpleasant experience with the washer!

A & Y Appliances were amazing! Our dryer stopped working yesterday. I found them online. Booked appointment. Which was very easy to do. Got a confirmation. They arrived as said between 9am-12pm. Technician Eugene came, diagnosed problem with the dryer. Let us know it needed a new belt and cleaning. Gave us the quote for repair which included the $85 diagnostic fee. He was very detailed. He took apart the dryer and cleaned thoroughly. Vacuumed a lot. Our dryer is almost 9 years old so you can imagine how dirty it was. Eugene did an amazing job. We were very grateful. Price was fair as well. Thank you A & Y appliances. We highly recommend this company. We will use them again! Dryer is like new!

Eugene was kind, knowledgeable and fast. Our washer was leaking from the bottom and he fixed the hose. He checked both washer and dryer overall and confirmed they’re in good working order. Would recommend!

Repair man came over same day and fixed the dryer in a few hours, all while I had dinner with my kids! Very respectful and good service. Payment through Zelle and fast return on receipt. A+++ Excellent experience!!!

I call A&Y appliances every time I have a problem with my oven, my microwave or my dryer. I am always happy with their service. They are efficient. They respond pretty quickly. They are very polite and professional. The prices are very reasonable according to our economy . Today I called for a replacement of something in my oven. It took about 30 minutes. Andrew was very knowledgeable. I loved the fact that my oven was repair the day I called.They deserve two thumbs up. I love working with you guys thank you so much.👍👍
