You guys need better staff. Lady on the phone was rude. Doesn’t know how to listen, unprofessional, not communicative. Didn’t even introduce herself, even when I asked. The initial phone call is the first impression. Talk about a first impression.

Live in the Montage community and am frustrated with Advanced Construction Technology Company. With the continued noise from their construction work on the property along with construction work at their local site on Dovecote am wondering when will it end!!
My friend stopped by and nearly ran into one of their cars as this “non-worker / maybe management” parks his black challenger in the roadway . Have noticed that people have to drive around this car to avoid hitting / he’s clearly in the roadway. When will you be leaving so it’s safe and quiet again??

Called as apartment building owner and on behalf of HOA for varied reconstruction projects. Arrogant, rude receptionist who captured the call refused to provide any answers, helpful information or simply transfer call to competent project mgr. or estimator. While grilling this prospective customer, she insisted they only do work for HOA management companies, but in same utterance claimed to work on multifamily apartment buildings. Smacks of seeking the dumbest, least competent path to accessing HOA funds, i.e. HOA prop. mgmt. co.'s. A very sketchy female who captured call. Wouldn't be surprised if there's some type pay-to-play, back door scheme involving advance payments or kickbacks between contractor and HOA prop. mgmt. co.'s, in exchange for being referred and awarded contracts, unbeknownst to the Associations or apt. bldg. ownership.
Calling and requesting to speak with the purported owner/licensee about some construction work/jobs is apparently a no-no at this outfit. Caveat emptor!

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Rodan for many years. Their entire team, from the Project Managers to the Project Engineers and field crew, is professional, knowledgeable, and fair. Great company overall!

We hired this contractor for a large tenant improvement project for our preschool. The on-site construction team was excellent, professional, friendly, and the workmanship came out well. We appreciated their responsiveness during the active construction phase and the crew treated our building with care.

However, our experience with the management side of the company was much less positive. Throughout the project, we encountered several instances where pricing or scope details were not communicated accurately. We also felt we had to closely audit estimates and cost updates because certain charges were added or adjusted without clear explanation. This created a level of mistrust and added an unnecessary administrative burden, especially on a project of this size. Lastly, they do not honor their warranty because they avoid incurring additional costs.

In the end, the project was completed, and the field crew delivered solid work, but the management/administrative practices left a lot to be desired. For that reason, I feel that a 2-star rating is fair - good on-site work, but transparency and communication from management need significant improvement.

World Pavers Company did an excellent job paving the walkways of my front garden. The detailed works required steps due to slope terrain, plenty of curves and to haul plenty of stones throughout. Their suggestion to add a paved bridge and install lights made easy for me walk the path and ambience to space.
