Miguel installed pavers at my house and always worked with thoughtful planning and precision. He prepped the foundation perfectly and used string lines to properly align and angle the field of pavers to match the angle of the house. He also adjusted for any sloping for proper drainage. His attention to detail was impressive throughout the project and made me feel confident that the outcome would be great. All of my neighbors came by to share nothing but positive impressions of his work. I am already considering asking Miquel to work on an additional project.

Miguel and his team did a fantastic job installing a new paver driveway and pathway to our front door. Their work was absolutely incredible and the lights look fabulous as well. They are very professional, always on time and cleaned up the work site after each day. They also laid out pipes for electrical work and drainage systems under the pavers.
In short, this company performed way beyond expectations, for a very fair price.

Navi provides great service and he is very skilled in his craft and responsive to his clients

Navi remodeled a kitchen for us -- new countertops and cabinets. Everything went very smoothly. For example, he had promised to get our new kitchen running in 2 weeks, but everything was finished in just 10 days. On top of that, Navi is an experienced electrician and plumber, and quickly addressed those parts of the project himself. It is fun to watch him do the electrical tasks in minutes :)

He is also quite responsive on the phone and doesn't mind quickly addressing any minor issues that usually come up in a remodeling job like this.

Another great experience we had in this remodeling job was that Navi proactively saved us around 1300$ on materials by getting us to purchase a smaller (and cheaper, but equally good looking) countertop slab, and ensuring that unused slabs were returned to the shop for a refund.

He helped us with all aspects of the project -- including rough measurements, ordering the materials (getting us his discount), demolition and of course the work itself. He was very reasonably priced as well, which was another pleasant aspect of the project. Overall, we had a great experience with Navi and are quite happy with the end result as well as the project's journey. We'd recommend him to others 100%.

Navi built 3 1/2 baths for us in San Ramon, and put new vinyl flooring in the house. His work was very good quality and he completed everything before schedule and within budget. I am very happy with his work, he picked my phone every time, suggested vendors for material, picked up items from home depot etc.

Navi has done some major work at my home (full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, garage, full house recessed lights, tankless heater, etc). The things that stand out for me are (a) He is friendly and open to discussions on how to approach something (that is something I welcome a lot) (b) His rates are always very reasonable (c) He finished the work ahead of time! I remember there was this one time where I asked him at 9 am that by 2 pm I have some cleaners coming in and before that he needs to make holes in the walls, run wiring and then patch the holes for 3 separate outdoor camera installation work and he actually finished all that within that 5 hour time!

I would recommend Navi and will work with him in future as well (I have some future projects already planned out).

We were looking for a home upgrade in 2023 (full kitchen, 2 bath, vynyl floor, doors and re-paint ). The challenge was I only had 4 weeks, before my family arrived. Of all the quotes I received, Navi's was detailed, accurate and competitive.
Navi had another project lined up, but he was honest in what he could complete in 4 weeks. We skipped flooring and doors and we got another contractor to do those. Navi completed his delivery on time with quality and also worked well with our floor contractor to make sure our full project was complete in time. Its 2 years now and we have not had to call him for any rework. Navi knows his stuff, and is a good person to work with and is reasonably flexible. His payment schedule aligns with the work he completes.

Pros:
- Competitive pricing

- Open to feedback and willing to work with you.
- Timely work completion.
- Good at plumbing and electritian.
- Good and reliable contacts for any sub contracting.

Cons:
- He usually cleans up his work but inform him upfront on what level of post-construction cleaning is needed. He is a contractor not cleaner, so his standards could be different than yours.
- At the time of our project, he could not tackle HVAC duct work.

Will surely do business with Navi again. Happy to recommend Navi for any residential/commercial construction or handyman projects.

Fabulous window company! Fantastic job, great price and cleaned up when finished. As a Property manager, I hire people to repair and remodel homes for a living and CR Windows & Doors are the best I have found since 1979! This company is a keeper!

This used to be a window. CR replaced it with this beautiful and very functional set of doors. I was very impressed with the quality of the materials, the quality of the workmanship, and the professional approach and follow up. Workers did everything including all exterior stucco repair, exterior lighting and electrical, and meticulous cleanup. Only regret is that I should have done this years ago.

Poor quality patio door. The rollers collapsed in about 10 years and the rail could not be replaced. A whole new door must be installed. Simonton from Homedepot is better.
