I highly recommend Pro Attic! I bought a home with no insulation or AC, so I hired them to add insulation to my attic and install an AC unit. They were very professional, quick working, and respectful of my home. They protected my carpet and cleaned up their work areas. Their quote was competitive to five others and they finished all the work in 7 hours. I was very impressed by their work quality and professionalism! I will definitely be back if I need any other work done.

They did an amazing job! Cleaned the attic, had asbestos removed, and installed new ducts, insulation, thermostat and heater. The team was polite, professional and they cleaned up after themselves! We started seeing the results immediately. The house is more energy efficient and less dusty.

Pro Attic Restoration performed a large overhaul of my home's heating system. They replaced my furnace and all the ductwork in my home. They removed all the old ductwork in my crawlspace as well as the attic, replaced it with new alumaflex ducting, rodent proofed the house, and put down some additional insulation. My electric bill dropped by 40% with the new energy efficient furnace and ductwork. There was a large crew that was able to come on short notice and get the entire system installed in a day. Super friendly, professional, and pride in their work. Couldn't be happier with the job they did.

This is my second time working with Pro Attic Restoration. The first time was for attic/insulation work and the second was for adding a vapor barrier and French drain to the crawl space. David and his team are very professional. David is very helpful and mentions what the issue is and gives multiple options. They installed our hvac system. He was very quick to respond when our ac was not working and he came and fixed our ac. He was kind of not to charge though the issue was not the ac but a broken fuse. He does all this with a smile. Dependable work and reasonable cost and thoroughly professional.

Had David come by and provide an estimate for installing ducts/new boots and insulation in the crawlspace for my home. The estimate was fair and the we scheduled and appointment and all the work was done in 1 day. They were very efficient and clean with the work done. Highly recommend for any hvac related projects.

Pro Attic Restoration installed a new AC Unit in my condo unit. Everyone with the company is very professional, nice, friendly and eager to please their customers. They helped obtain the permits and when they installed the AC unit, all the work went really smoothly and quick. You can tell that everyone knows what they are doing because everything passed. So pleased with this company and would definitely use them again.

I interviewed 3 of the top rated insulation companies in the South Bay and decided to go with Pro Attic Restoration because they were the most detail oriented and competent of the 3. Miguel from their team is a genuinely good person who wants to ensure they do the job well.
I have kids who are chemically sensitive so I was looking for a non toxic insulation solution. Pro Attic did a wonderful job replacing old fiberglass insulation (toxic) with hempwool in my attic. They minimized the fiberglass getting into our living space as they removed it (by using special air pressure machines). And the hempwool itself was so gentle that my kids could be around it without any health reaction to it (in contrast fiberglass requires a hazmat suit to be around). Additionally they did NOT use spray foam (which again has toxic chemicals in it) and instead used alternatives that were very safe. The result? Great insulation and my kids don’t have any of their previous sneezing issues anymore! It amazes me how insulation can have an impact on indoor air quality. I can't say enough good things about David and his team at Pro Attic Restoration. They've done an attic cleanup for us, installed insulation in the attic and crawlspace + vapor barrier, and installed AC for us. Always lots of attention to detail and on time. Today our AC broke, and David came by within 2 hours because he was in the area doing some quotes. Can't beat that customer service.

I have engaged David and his team multiple times over the past 4 years and each time they have exceeded my expectations by a mile. They are punctual, professional, courteous and more importantly they know what they are doing. If you need work done in your crawl space or attic, do not hesitate to call David and explain to him what seems to be the problem. He will find the first available time slot and personally come over to assess the situation, see for himself and give you a candid opinion for no cost. You will be impressed with this style and will be happy to engage him.

Couple years ago Pro Attic installed AC in our old house. I was amazed how professional was the team under David Guzman management. And the price for the installation was very reasonable and competitive. Since then we called twice for unrelated repair service of our heater unit and each time David responded promptly and performed the work, properly tested the heating and cooling, making sure that all is working properly. I am very satisfied with the Pro Attic service and would recommend it to my friends.

I have been meaning to write this for a while but we have been very happy with our choice of Pro Attic Restoration for our new ducting and insulation work. They were not the cheapest bid we received but the most professional and responsive. David is easy to get a hold of and was patient with all of our questions when we were deciding what work to do. He is reasonable and thorough and when we noticed something that needed to be addressed he came back within a few days to take care of it. I would hire this guy for any type of work did because he has been trustworthy and reliable and even did a couple of things for us that were not his responsibility (fixing the incorrectly placed hood vent and reinforced some flashing on a vent that was causing an issue). We did business initially with him in September 2022and I am just as happy if not more in April 2023.

We had a ton of debris in the attic after a roof replacement. This was on top of ancient insulation and knob-and-tube electrical wiring. The Pro Attic team was quick to respond to our call for help and took the time to really understand our needs, which included attic clean up, sealing all gaps, re-insulation, installation of an attic fan, construction of a storage space, and installation of a ladder into the attic.

They scheduled the clean-up early, so that our electricians could replace the wiring unhindered. It was immaculate when they were all done! The electricians even commented that this was the cleanest attic they have ever worked in.

They came back when the electrical work was done to compete the project. We now have a beautiful storage space in a sea of thick insulation. We could already tell the difference in terms of house temperature from day one! We loved working with Pro Attic and would definitely hire them again. 10/10!!

(Not a customer review) This car missed their exit (Montague express) on the 880 and then instead of taking the next exit they swerved over white lines almost hitting another car and I had to slam my breaks. Must have been an attic emergency!
