If I could give six stars, I would. Absolutely outstanding service — top-quality work from a thoroughly professional company. I’d run out of superlatives trying to describe how well they handled the job. They were responsive, efficient, and took care of a really tough rodent and skunk problem with total expertise. Truly impressive from start to finish. It’s rare to see this level of quality and follow-through these days. Highly recommend!

I contacted Pro Attic Restoration for a quote and David did an excellent and thorough job looking at our attic and crawlspace. He readily responded to questions and we felt like we were in good hands. We were able to get cleaning and insulation done speedily and the crew was very clean and efficient. We had an asbestos pipe replaced as well and I’m grateful it was safely removed.

Overall I had a great time working with David, Raymond, and the rest of the crew and would recommend them to anyone needing an attic makeover.

David and his team were fantastic! Pro Attic was recommended to us by a friend who had recently installed HVAC in their home, and after hearing how highly they spoke of them, I didn’t even feel the need to shop around. This family-owned company is hardworking, reliable, and professional.

We scheduled our consultation within days and had our installation set up within two weeks. David was upfront and honest about what would work best for our home, and we trusted his expertise completely. The team was extremely clean and careful when removing and installing the units, and the entire project was completed in just two days.

Ray did an excellent job with painting the entire interior of our home. He fixed little things w/o extra charge. I also asked him to power wash the exterior and change the screen of a patio door as separate items. All work was done properly and with great communication.

We wanted to update our kitchen by changing the cabinets and wall color. Ray did an amazing job with the paint and has transformed our kitchen to a brighter updated kitchen! He was easy to work with and would explain in detail how he will go about the work. We also have him repaint our garage door due to a stain and he got that done in one day. I highly recommend him for painting work!

Ray did a fantastic job painting the exterior and interior of our house. He also painted the cabinets (looks like new). He was fair and easy to communicate. The project completed on time and on budget. I would use Ray’s service again!

Ray is very good honest, professional, hard worker he has remodeled several homes for me goes above and beyond, and has never disappointed. He’s a type of worker Who won’t walk past an imperfection without fixing it even if it wasn’t his work definitely recommended. As you can see in the photos, he transformed my house completely he even painted my concrete tile roof and change the look completely. I was very happy and satisfied.

Ray turned around my rental in less than two weeks. A number of walls had cracks and other damage, which he repaired and made flawless before painting. He covered all the floors and cleaned up after himself, which was a nice bonus. In addition, there were a number of other things that he did that most painters would not do to prep my house for a rental like installing a new toilet , changing out faucets, epoxyed my garage floor and a million other little things that enabled me to turn key this rental. He was also so much better priced than anyone else, and I quickly came to trust him.

Ray and his crew did such a fantastic job! His work and attention to detail exceeded all expectations that I had and then some. I interviewed five painters before I hired Ray for the job. I looked at his finished projects he showed me and the job was his. He finished the job timely and even went above and beyond in helping me replace a window shutter. Thank you so much Ray. Referrals are coming your way. If anyone is is looking for a painter, this guy is a hidden gem. You won't regret it.

Did not give 3 stars! It was a very bad experience. I am a woman who was working long hours and was going thru a tough time. Lots of personal loss. I had to have a new roof and chose Century frankly because they were the least expensive! Bad choice! Totally trusted this guy Tony. He came off as being nice and unfortunately was not honest. He did not include the whole roof in the estimate and I was not even aware until I had already given him a massive amount of money! It was the rear of my detached garage so I didn't notice till it was too late. I had to pay someone else to finish the job! Now I am experiencing more problems with the job they did. I have not been treated respectfully and really feel like I was taken advantage of. Too bad they are still in business because it's a shame to allow others to be abused as well. This was a huge investment and I'm sorry I trusted Tony. He was not nice after the fact and the customer service is non-existent. I will be so much more careful in the future, yet I am left with more expenses because of this horrible experience. Can't believe he is still in business! What a crime!

Tony Diaz and his crew did a wonderful job on our roof. There were at least 3 men working for 12 days replacing the entire roof and making sure it was done up to code. I highly recommend this company.

Have worked with Century Roof for 20 years. They have done over 75 projects for my construction company and my own home. They are the best & I would use no one else.
Think twice about using a low bid company, you get what you pay for. With Century, they are worth every dollar.
Tony Diaz is the finest, most knowledgeable roofer I know and a great person. The office staff and his crews are top shelf.

Tony Diaz was a God sent. I had Solar but the company I dealt with last September 2018 went bankrupt . In January 2019 My Solar panel monitor showed four panels not working. After several calls to several Solar companies all said they would not or could not help me. Tony from Century Roof and Solar is the only one that went above and beyond working on the solar and contacting the Apsystem technical support team and managed to have four new inverters shipped to his location. It did not end there. I did not have to pay for the inverters. There were some hiccups (not with Century) his crew and Tony nstalled the inverters. What a professional and kind soul . His crew top performers. After fightingng with the original bankrupt Solar company since January 2019 I have all eleven panels working. Thank you Century Roof and Solar. Tony Diaz is the owner. A family owned company. Thank you Tony for putting up with all my emails and calls. I am so.happy.

Fantastic experience. When we started the process to get a new roof, we compared a few companies. Overall, Century was the most thorough with their contract, had excellent customer service, are Diamond certified, have excellent reviews with the manufacturer of the product, excellent reviews on Yelp, are a family business, and also local to my community. They were very competitively priced. The installation went great and on time. We had a small issue with a supplier mix-up. The wrong shingles were delivered (right manufacturer, correct color, but wrong series). Installation of the shingles had started when the issue was recognized. Century did the right thing: called us, took responsibility, and tore off what they started and got the right shingle on. Now, as someone who would not have known the difference and was so pleased with how the work was looking, I could not be more appreciative with their honesty. I wondered how many other companies would have just overlooked it, hoping that it was never recognized. The fact that they pointed this out and corrected the issue upfront, really makes them stand out in my opinion. Their crews are very professional and most importantly, respectful of you and your property. We had a particular structural issue that needed to be resolved on our roof. The issue causes water to shoot off the roof at high speeds and land on our vehicles. Century came out 2 times after installation to help come up with a solution that would stop this issue. We honestly could not be happier with this entire experience. For 2 people who are very particular, Century exceeded our expectations.

Solar System Installation & Electrical Upgrade (Oct-Nov 2021)

I cannot say enough about Tony Diaz and his Century Roof & Solar company and project team - Dan, Luciano, Emilio, and Elena. My wife and I had a wonderful experience with our solar project.

Century installed our SunPower 4.62Kwh with a Sunpower Sunvault battery backup system, did a complete home electrical upgrade, and added new or replaced old light fixtures for LED conversion. The project was major, but from start to finish, everything ran smoothly like clockwork. As with any older homes, we had a few unexpected issues, but Century quickly assessed and resolved them.

Our house needed a complete electrical upgrade to meet safety requirements and maximize solar energy use. Century is an electrical contractor and has certified "in-house electricians", so from our standpoint, they are conveniently a one-stop shopping business. This was a relief because other electricians we contacted were either non-responsive or knew nothing about preparing home electrical for solar. In contrast Century is well versed on both Solar and general Home Electrical.

Our whole project was done in a highly professional manner. The expertise and recommendations that Tony and Dan (electricians) offered were invaluable. We were always updated on the progress and all questions were answered with informative explanations.

We highly recommend Century Roof & Solar to anyone.

This is the second time I have used CR&S for a major project, first roof and solar and now EV charger install. I looked at alternatives but due to complications quickly came to the conclusion that I needed someone I trusted to do the job. Dan was able to come up with a full specification design proposal and his electrician team successfully installed a 60A circuit with most of the cable run inside the crawl space and HVAC soffit. The quality of the work was exceptional. Cost was on the high side but well worth the value provided.

We have been absolutely delighted with Century Roof and Solar. They are Diamond Certified and did a great job with our new roof several years ago( my daughter and son-in-law also used them...) We got 3 quotes for a solar panel system( Sunpower) with backup Sunpower battery. Century was actually the lowest bid. We called around for references and word has it that Tony Diaz is one of the best, most knowledgeable electrical contractors in Northern California. He apparently trains others in the how-to-dos of solar system installation. The results are even.better than we hoped for...we have a number of gables on our roof but the conduit lines are clean, well hidden. Tony actually ran one under our house. Installation is complicated with numerous inspections and approvals required. Tony kept the process moving along well and did the requisite forms and diagrams for PGE for us. We have dealt with many contractors over the years and would give our highest recommendation for Century Roof and Solar to anyone considering installation.
