I needed a replacement for my 70 year old patio sliding door and 2 window combo. Usually I have 3 estimates from contractors before deciding on one. The first company that came was CR Windows. Jesus came on the day he quoted, and even called to verify he was on his way. He was very professional and answered all my concerns on the spot. What sealed the deal for me is that he was not just a salesguy, but also an "installer" before he started up his window business. He spoke from years of experience installing countless windows and doors. He thoroughly looked at my existing patio door, took measurements, and then provided me with several replacement patio/door options, based on my needs and price range. He quoted
me a very reasonable price for the the sliding door, and two window panels, including installation and haul away of the very heavy and bulky old door components. I was pleasantly surprised that this would be a custom order and build even for the base model I chose. Going on my gut feeling after speaking to Jesus , I chose CR Window
without getting the additional bids. I signed the contract on August 10 and
the installers came yesterday August 30. Merle and Brian (Jesus's son) showed
up on time. They were very professional and got right to work. You could tell they both knew exactly what needed to be done on this type of installation. One guy was doing the demolition, the other was assisting him, taking away the glass, and frame, and
keeping the work site clean and safe to work. . However, like i feared they found issues of rotted dry rot
under a section of the patio door frame. A quick chat by Merle to Jesus, and a remedy for my situation was quickly had, which was replacement of the rotted sections with new pressure treated lumber. By 4:30pm they were finished, and I'm more than pleased with the new sliding doors and two picture windows. Merle and Brian did a great job, making sure they waterproofed with foam and caulking any point of entry that water might enter. They also did a great job on the included crown molding that surrounds the interior of the door, Too me its really beautiful, and the new patio doors/windows, with the included crown molding frames the existing opening perfectly. Reminds me of picking a new suit off the rack, vs. having it custom made, there's quite a difference. Merle and Brian's work is outstanding, at the end of the project, they removed their drop cloths that kept work area clean , and they swept up and removed all remnants of debris, and left the place like they were never there. Lucky i went with my "gut" this time when choosing CR Window.

I initially contacted them for a small fix on plaster/stucco in my garage and I ended up just skipping on the project. But they came out quick for an estimate and explained the pricing and what needed to be done.

Next time I contacted them was a couple months later when there was some water leaks going into my basement. It turned out there was a whole wall that had old windows with bad flashing and rotted wood that needed to be replaced. They provided amazing service and the stucco was fantastic looking. Alex was easy to get a hold of no matter what was happening and always easy to talk to.

Lastly when I had some issues with the wall project a year later, Alex and his dad came out as soon as I mentioned that there was some rusting and was quick to schedule a crew to come out and fix.

This commitment to quality, fair pricing, and open communication is the reason why I'll refer others to them in the future and I'll also be going back to them myself.

We called them to demolish and remake the stucco of part of a wall. They started and completed the work in a timely fashion, and we are very pleased with the quality of his work. Alejandro is very knowledgeable and professional, he was personally present during most of the work, and answered our questions extensively.

Alejandro Morales has put together a great team to do your construction work. They did a major repair job on our stucco on the front of our home that took less than a week to do. They always arrived on time and/or communicated when they might be late or would need to reschedule. Cesar, the team coordinator, made sure to check in with us on all aspects of the job. The team was efficient and reasonably quick with the repairs, and were considerate and cleaned up after themselves. We liked their pricing and work so much that when we found out they could do more than stucco, we negotiated to have them repaint the exterior of our windows and help with one small electrical job that required some dry wall work. I would highly recommend Mr. Morales and his team to do work on your home as well.

After discovering some water intrusion issues around a large picture window, I called Alejandro for window and stucco repair. As always, his expertise was invaluable in diagnosing the issue and having different solutions. They sealed everything up and the stucco looks brand new. It’s a relief to have the waterproofing finished before the next big storm. Great communication throughout the entire process!

Our two-story duplex had siding on the second floor that was falling off. We decided to replace the siding with stucco. After talking to several contractors, we selected Alejandro Morales and were very happy with the results. He helped guide us through decisions about how to do the stucco in a manner that looks good with the areas we were not re-stuccoing. His lead project coordinator, Cesar, was very communicative and responsive as they managed the work during a rainy period. He is a hands-on owner who (literally) isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty to ensure the highest quality; he even personally helped complete the finishing paint work on the repaired stucco and surrounding areas.

Communication with Alejandro and his team was top-notch. All workers showed up on time and cleaned the job site at the end of each day. We had multiple leaks in our windows, and Mr. Morales was able to diagnose the root cause immediately. He offered repair recommendations and a very fair quote—a much better route than replacing the windows entirely!

I've worked with AC-Construction couple of years back and their service was unmatchable. Not to long ago, I've reached out again as I needed their services and as expected, Aurel has promptly reached out and although we are living in unprecedented times, he was very prompt and professional. The team did a fantastic job remodeling our bathroom, replacing our crown molding in a few rooms and a paint job. To add to this, all covid-19 safety measures were taken in consideration. I am very grateful of their service, pricing model and professionalism.

DO NOT HIRE FOR LARGE PROJECTS. We worked with Aurel for over a year. In that time we were not able to complete most tasks. Trash was left in front of our house for months; even when we would complain it still wouldn't get cleaned up. We finally canceled our contracts after numerous attempts to get permits were denied not because the county wouldn't approve but because he was not detailed enough to submit things right the first, second, third, 4th etc times. when changes were required he would not follow up to do them. He would blame the county for doing things by the book. He would also charge us for reprinting and resubmitting permit drawings even though they were his issue to fix and should have been done right the first time.

Project #2: We hired AC Construction for a second project. This time Aurel remodeled our commercial office space. He is well-versed in all aspects of construction with very fair pricing and timely delivery. We are very pleased and HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Project #1: Aurel is a true professional. He has years of experience and is excellent at providing timely quotes and fair pricing. He has the ability to anticipate problems and plan for how to handle issues as they arise. His team of craftsmen, including John, take pride in their work. Aurel is a very clear communicator and manages each job with an eye to detail. He always goes the extra mile to make things perfect. This hall bath was original to the house. We are so happy with the work of his team. We will be doing more projects with him.

I honestly can’t recommend AC Construction enough. Aurel and his team just finished painting my entire apartment and I couldn't be happier with the results.

I’ll be the first to admit I wasn’t the easiest client—I was pretty undecided on the colors and actually changed my mind after they had already started working. I expected some pushback or at least a delay, but Aurel handled my indecisiveness with grace. The team just made the changes immediately and kept the project moving.

They also handled several other adjustments and touch-ups I requested along the way with total professionalism. If you want a crew that is flexible, fast, and actually cares about the finer details, these are your guys. 10/10.

Aurel and his team did an incredible job with a few projects at my house. They were by far the most honest, competent and punctual contractors I dealt with through the project. They rebuilt my fence, built a new deck and did plenty of touch ups and installations inside the house.
