All About Air is a fantastic company to work with. They were super responsive and very professional when they diagnosed our AC unit and quickly came to replace the unit prior to the current heat wave. Cannot recommend them more!

Early this year , I had All About Air -Install AC at our residence , Jason and his staff were on schedule and very professional. Very well organized operation, from the office to field staff . This company is very reliable and professional. The service tech Christopher was so patient and understanding, He stayed on top of the HOA for our building trying to get access to the roof. He was very thorough and was able to fix the problem.

Best heat and air company in bay area. if you're looking for that one last company that you can trust this is the one. Christine and Jason and their son are the best. I am a remodeling contractor and have used several company's and always had trouble with dishonesty and bad workmanship. But with (All About Air) you can trust them, and their workmanship is clean and professional.

Josh came on time. He spent about 1/2 hour scoping out my situation and then installed 1 baffle in my crawl space in order to channel more heat or air from the 2 small bathrooms to my bedroom. I have not had enough time with this new system to judge whether the baffle thing is going work as designed. However, Josh is a very nice young man.

Josh and Chris did a fantastic job in replacing my 20 yr old A/C unit with a new 4 ton unit, all in 4 hours. Very personable, professional, and efficient.

I was not home, but my son said the service tech was friendly and explained the problem. He then quickly fixed the heater. In my book that is perfect service. Thank you.

My heater went out at the coldest time of winter. I called 3 different local providers for service. 2 didn't even call back.

All About Air respond the same day and made an appointment for me. I was really impressed that Christine even offer to call me back to see if she can move another appointment to give me an earlier appointment that would work for my schedule.

The repair man Warren called me before the service to confirm his arrival in 20 mins. He quickly identified the problem and told me what to do if it happens again. He explained that if it happens more often then it's time to replace the part. He also pointed out to me where the furnace filter was for annual maintenance.

The last bit is positive surprise was a price below my expectations.

Air conditioner broke just before a heat wave! All About Air was able to send a technician out within a very short period of time. He was on time, very professional, and figure out the problem quickly. Headed to the supplier and got us a replacement part installed within 2 hrs! Excellent service for the price, great value!

I've used All About Air twice for two separate homes, both with wall furnaces. Christopher was on time, thorough, and a great communicator. One furnace was fine and just needed a tune-up, and the other furnace was at the end of its life. In both cases, Christopher was able to expertly assess the condition, and he came up with excellent solutions on the spot. I highly recommend All About Air!
