Bay Area Climate Control has helped me with ALL of my HVAC services. They are affordable, professional, honest and respectful in my home. I have referred their services to many and stand by their work!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!

I just had my AC replaced by Bay Area Climate Control. I chose them after interviewed 4 other companies on this project since it is a pretty large investment. I had most confident that they will do a good job even though I could have chose to go with someone else less expensive. Keith and his crew did a wonderful job. They are professional, efficient, respectful. All in all great work they did. Would diffidently recommend Bay Area Climate Control for your AC needs. You will have a peace of mind to go with them.

We hired Bay Area climate control to install our heating and A/C system. They did an amazing job, super fast and thorough, not mention very fair price. We also hired them for service on our HVAC system to ensure it runs smoothly. Hugo the repair technician came out in the fall and checked the furnace and again in the Spring to check the A/C. He went above and beyond cleaning the a/c unit. I highly recommend speaking with Ryan the owner. He will give you the best price and tell you exactly what you need wirhout trying to upsell you anything.

The installers Salvador & Jesus are very professional & hard workers. They were also respectful of our home and left it clean every day when they left. Ryan the owner was onsite as needed and took care of any issues that came up. The office is very responsive to questions/concerns and there was good communication throughout.

Ryan came out yesterday and spent almost 3 hours to look at our system. He was a great communicator and explained the problems we were having with our system. He took a lot of readings and did some adjustments. Now we have a choice to make - do we replace the whole system or have the company come back for one day and fix the problems. He did convey a lot of knowledge and was very professional.

Great service. Easy scheduling. Prompt arrival, diagnosis and repair. Warranty explained. Hugo, the tech was very polite, neatly dressed, and solicitous and most importantly fixed the problem in under 30 minutes. Billing sent and paid electronically. Very easy transaction. Great HVAC contractor

Ryan is a great guy, he is super professional and extremely knowledgeable about everything HVAC. He spent a lot of time with us going over our project and was able to make some great recommendations for our renovation. He helped our contractor to figure out the best heating and A/C for our house, we highly recommend him.

While the work is still pending, I can say this was the most thorough diagnostic job I've seen. Others simply declined to handle the job since it's not installed by them. I hope that Bay Area Climate Control are able to finish the job and fix this year long issue I've been having with my mini split system. I still appreciate the honest and professional diagnostic effort they put in.

Hugo and the whole team did a great job! Very professional crew and I got a text telling me they were coming. Just great overall and this team installed all my HVAC 8 years ago and having come out every year to do the preventative maintenance has been great, we have no issue and everything is running great.

This is a long overdue review. My furnace went out in the middle of winter, and Bay Area Climate Control helped us with the replacement. Construction-related projects often have unforeseen issues, but Bay Area Climate Control took ownership of the situation and worked with us to find a solution. When adjustments were needed after the installation, they came out right away to make sure everything was working properly and stood behind their work. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction are top notch!

Our thermostat stopped working this morning, and it’s cold! The person who answered the phone was helpful and got me a same day appointment (on a Friday afternoon). The technician Juan was helpful and courteous and was able to fix it right away. Also gave me some helpful tips. We used this company for our ac install in the spring too and they were great and had the most competitive price. Highly recommend them.

We will keep going back because the service is amazing. They have done many services at my parents in Union City (heating & AC), sister's in Newark (heating & AC), and also my old home in Union City (heater in the basement). Soon I am also going to get my new home's heater in Hayward replaced by Bay Area Climate Control.

The owner is an honest person who wants to do it right by you. We got into a very difficult situation after signing the 3 zone project but he stepped in directly to somehow resolve the situation. Everyone including the section 24 inspector was amazed by how good the installation was. Even today when there was a technical issue, they went above and beyond in sending a person right away to fix it. I recommend Bay area climate control.

Our 20+ year old furnace was serviced and repaired by Bay Area Climate Control and they did a fantastic job. Hugo was our technician, and he kept me informed during the entire process and was friendly and professional the entire time. I say entire time because it was quite a journey to get things right.

He then had to come back out again a month later because something had gone wrong. They warranty their work for 1 year, and they honored their warranty. Wallace organized everything well as he had done before. Their work is impressive enough, but this really put things over the top in such a positive way.

Constantin is an excellent technician and explains the processes very clearly. He took photos to show his work and the furnace replacement bid was very competitive. The office communicated clearly and modified their schedule when I needed to make adjustments on my end. This is my third project with Bay Area Climate Control and I highly recommend them!
