When Ernest Shahray, the Project Manager arrived he was professional and clean cut. Very trustworthy and easy to speak with. He gave my wife and I time to discuss our concerns with the sump and vapor barrier. He gave us a very detailed bid which we accepted. Communication was great. Then the crew arrived to do the work. Francisco and Martin lead the team, total of 7. Great respect for those men. All of them were very nice, well dressed and respectful of our home/property/us. I was so impressed by how hard they all worked, and that they enjoyed each other and their days work, I BBQ’d lunch for them.
A great company from start to finish. The work was excellent! Thank you Element Team!

Insulation removal, clean-up and new insulation installation.
Just like their yelp reviews, Element does fantastic work. Very professional, communicative, on-time, and protective of your house. Very happy with the clean-up work of the attic and insulation and then of the new insulation installation. I'm not posting the pictures of how dirty it was after a new roof and their clean-up, but here is photos of everything neat, tidy, clean and with wire guards on any potential rodent entrances from interior or exterior holes.

This company provided top-notch service in cleaning and sealing our attic and installing new insulation. Marcelo and his crew did an amazing job! So far I’m very happy with their work and process. They were quick, efficient and had clear and timely communications so that good decisions could be made quickly. These folks were recommended to me, and I would he happy to recommend them.

The wall unit did end in the wrong spot, as a result of communications issues. It was supposed to be centered on the section of wall between the kitchen and bathroom, rather than on the entire section of wall. A two-foot deep full-height Murphy bed/wall unit will be installed on the left of the photo, which will leave the mini-split off-centered on that wall. Centering in the section to the right of the bathroom door was the solution to that problem, and would have been more central to the space as a whole.

They are responsive and did a great job. We’ve needed them a few small things after they installed hvac quickly and well in our home and adu. They came immediately, no questions asked.

Great communication from site visit through to heat pump installation. Element Home Solutions was always available to answer questions and work with me. The install team was clean, courteous, and effective, making sure the site was clean at the end of both working days and finishing exactly as scheduled.

Element Home Solutions did an excellent job replacing the old installation in my attic. They showed up on time, put down plastic to protect the carpets, covered furniture in case of any dust. The attic was spottles after taking out the old installation and then they put in the new batting with an R38 rating. When they were done they cleaned up so there was not a trace of them ever having been here. I highly recommend Element Home Solutions.

Issues with my heater. Got an appointment for the same day i called them. Came out the next day and replaced the part. Great customer service. Project manager very knowledgeable and explained what my probelm was. Price was very reasonable. The technician that came out was awesome as well. Would definitely use this company again.

Element has been amazing to work with for installation and maintenance of our heat pump. Ernest is very knowledgeable—when we originally shopped around I learned so much during the consult alone, and he helped us choose the right system for our home. The installation was fast and the team was respectful of our space. Also, having a heat pump (with AC!) in our home has been a huge upgrade.

Today I needed a quick maintenance call—it was nice to have the continuity of working with Ernest again. He arrived quickly, and we were back in business within an hour.

Cesar and his crew were great! Showed up ready to go and got a lot of work done in 2 days. I had the attic insulation professionally done by them and an installing a hvac system in a house with nothing but a 1970s wall furnace. Cesar was able to get the best sized system for our 1300sqft house, they cleaned up and patched drywall and did a fantastic job. The heat pump system is working great and is so quiet.

Cesar & partner did exceptional job taking out my 33 yr old York heater and installing my new Baxter heater & Pro Thermostat. They both were very professional & courteous and were very careful hauling the furnaces up the narrow stairwell. They laid down plastic on the carpet & staircase to keep everything clean. They did a fantastic job explaining the process of removing, cleaning vents, installing new heater & using new appliances thermostat. The heater works perfectly & warms up the house fast!

Element was the correct partner to overhaul our home heating and cooling system. The project also included attic cleanup, duct replacement, sealing and insulating. Jorge's crew was always on time, respectful of my property, acomodating with my pets and always kept me informed of any findings, what was done and what would be done next.
If I ever I need maintenance or anything HVAC related in the future, I will definitely give them a call first.

The first HVAC company we had over to get a quote to replace our system was the one Costco works with. They tries selling us a ridiculously expensive duel fuel system and a bunch of other extras we didn't need.
Cesar came over from Element and was the first and only of the 5 or so companies I had give a bid that was honest and directed me towards a all electric heat pump system. After doing a lot of research we came to the decision to go with Element. They replaced our whole system, new ducting, zoned the system, and removed the old insulation in the attic, sealed everything, and installed new insulation with our new HVAC System.
I was very please with the professionalism, communication, and overall work performance of Element and the crew. Cesar was at the project the whole time which I very much appreciated. He isn't just the person who puts together bids, he was up in the attic helping the crew complete the job. That was a nice surprise and much appreciated.
I would definitely recommend them and will most likely used them in the future to insulate our crawlspace.
