Element Home Solutions removed the old attic insulation (R8) and replaced it with fiberglass insulation rated for R38. They did a great & thorough job. Not only did they do good work, their attitude about being professional and addressing customer concerns is nothing short of stellar. As with many construction project, problems often arise. This is not the fault of Element Home Solutions though, it was due to a problem when the house was worked on previously. The project manager provided the name of another contractor who quickly found and fixed the issue. I'm very happy with the results pd this project, and would give both contracts 10 starts if google allowed that.

I cannot say enough good things about Element Home Solutions, particularly the project manager, and would not hesitate recommending them to others.

Element helped us select a heat pump and they installed it. They also replaced insulation in our attic and basement crawl space, as well a removed a 1938 era gravity furnace. They are very cooperative and punctual and efficient. They communicate well, stay in touch, and show up on time. They installed the heat pump, insulation, and duct work all in one day. Amazing!

Their prices were fair. They wore shoe covers and bunny suits and masks when needed. They cleaned up thoroughly when done. We have no complaints and are very satisfied and thankful for their work. Highly recommended.

The whole process with Element Home Solutions went very smoothly. Cesar, our technician, was very knowledgable and made some very good suggestions on how to improve our current set up. The installation itself went well and was done in a complete and professional way. They even found an issue with our 2nd system (not installed by them) and corrected the problem.
