Reviews of local pros in Indio, California

A neighbor referred Paloma's to me, as my plants were dying and not receiving the best care, from my landscaper at the time. Alex immediately connected with me to asses the situation and a few minutes into our conversation asked me "what is your vision for your backyard?" He listened attentively and made suggestions that have enhanced what I previously had. Alex, and the crew are very responsive and my plants are thriving, as my vision comes to life!

I had a basic design in mind for replacing some old landscaping. They suggested some changes that vastly improved the overall aesthetic and the price barely increased. The finished project looks great, is constructed with great attention to detail, and was completed quickly. The whole crew was friendly, upbeat, highly skilled, and knowledgeable. Alex was great to work with. He listened carefully to what our goal was for each part of the project and made suggestions that greatly improved the finished design. Gabriel, who did most of the work, is hard working talented craftsman and is very positive and always seems happy and really enjoys his job. We feel fortunate to have found Palomas Water and Dirt and will use them for future improvements to our yard.

I hired Paloma’s Water and Dirt Landscaping a couple of months ago, and the difference they’ve made in my yard is honestly incredible. When they first started, I had several plants that were struggling or already dying, and the overall condition of my yard was pretty rough. Since then, they’ve completely turned everything around. Not only did they bring several of my existing plants back to life, but they also replanted new ficus trees that are already coming along really well and adding a fresh, clean look to the space.

One thing that really stands out is how knowledgeable and detail oriented they are. They took the time to properly adjust my irrigation system so that everything is getting the right amount of water, which made a huge difference almost immediately. They also don’t just set it and forget it, they frequently check the watering system and make adjustments as the season and temperature has changed to make sure everything stays healthy. On top of that, they handle a thorough weekly cleanup, and my yard consistently looks well-maintained and taken care of without me having to worry about it.

I’ve used other landscapers in the past, but none have delivered this level of service at such a reasonable price. Paloma’s Water and Dirt Landscaping goes above and beyond, and it shows in the results. If you’re looking for a team that’s reliable, skilled, and truly cares about the quality of their work, I would absolutely recommend them.

Need a professional experienced landscaping company to take care of your yard? Look no further than Palomas Water & Dirt Landscapes. I received a timely response to my inquiry for services. Alex came out to give me a bid and understanding the urgency provided service quickly. Alex asked many clarifying questions to ensure he understood the scope of the job. He also provided me information about the plants that I was having worked on so that my expectation would be met. Gabriel arrived on time and began a monumental task of hand clipping bougainvillea off of a fence line with care & precision. He worked tirelessly all day to ensure the job was done correctly. If you want a professional experience from start to finish Palomas is an excellent company to do business with!

We hired Paloma's to do some landscaping and valve and irrigation repairs. They thoroughly went through the whole system, and repaired some issues we didn't know we had. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right! We were also impressed with the affordability of the job; very reasonably priced. We all need that these days. Alex is great to work with, and very knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions or concerns. Highly recommend.

Paloma’s just completed landscaping my yard. It came out absolutely gorgeous. I am so glad I went with them. I recommend them 100%. Thank you Alex

Greg and his crew, along with Alex who coordinates everything, are an amazing team. Professional. Courteous. On time. Thorough. Responsive. Follow up. Clean up. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the near future.

I needed a drain for my side yard that flooded during heavy rains. Alex gathered the HOA-required signatures and photographs and plans to make the submission to the HOA for approval easy. The work began promptly after the approval and was done in 2 days by an extremely conscientious worker who did an expert job.

I cannot sing the praises of both Gregory and Alex Martinez business Palomas rock, and drains.

Having lived here in Sun City for almost 20 years, I’ve cycled my way through five gardeners, who let me down in so many ways…. They didn’t show up on time, they did sloppy work ( as an example my new weekly maintenance includes cleaning of my pavers after the workers have walked through and blown dust and debris.

Hi Howard, Palomas build a new drainage system for my backyard that quite frankly I had already paid for three years ago with my van Gardner, who said he knew what he was doing… But after Palomas came out and they showed me how impossible it would’ve been because of the elevation of the right side of my backyard to have ever worked…: they designed excavated and installed a system in less than 48 hours!

Last, but certainly not least we have re-rocked my front courtyard, my master suite courtyard and my front yard with the most elegant and beautiful combination of rocks.

I am overjoyed W Gregory Alex and their cordial and respectful workers. They freaking rock. If you want to come see my property call Alex!

Oct/Nov 2023. Alex and the crew made it happen! We were fortunate that he was available to start our project , within a few days of phone call. This company is dependable, trust worthy, excellent communication including videos and pictures to keep us up to date, since we live out of state. Work was completed at our Desert Aire RV Resort in Indio, CA. Work needed: reseeded lawn, retro fitted/updated sprinkler system, installed landscape rock where needed. We have agreed to continue using this Company for monthly yard service.

We like this business because they always respond to our phone call if we have any concerns about our landscaping needs right away. They come weekly to maintain our yard which includes the irrigation system, trimming shrubs, weed and pest control and occasional planting and landscape improvements. They are very professional and we feel we are getting good quality and value for our money! We highly recommend Paloma's Water and Dirt for your landscaping needs!

Alex and his amazing crew did a fantastic job designing a new layout for my backyard. They dug out dirt, sloped the area, lowered a drain, installed more large river rock, then installed pebbles plus 6 plants and new drip heads. Love them and highly recommend,,
