Oscar C. was great! He was professional, very knowledgeable, and informative. I was impressed with the pride he took in his work and in the company, and in his ability to discuss my HVAC system. Upon his arrival, he introduced himself and explained the procedure and how long it would take. Then he asked for permission to proceed. He was very polite, thorough, and seemed interested in his job and accomplishing the task at hand. He showed respect for my property; when he left my home, it was as clean as when he arrived. The technicians wear booties over their shoes while in the home. They also bring tarps to place under ladders. They bring whatever equipment they need, including their own gardening hose to clean the condenser outside.
Absolute Airflow installed my HVAC system ~4 yrs ago, and I was thrilled at their installation and have continued using their service for semi annual tuneups. I've been very happy with them and have recommended them to others.

Fantastic customer service! Taven was professional and extremely helpful when asked many questions in regards to the work he was performing on our AC unit. Aside from the triple digit weather and climbing in and out of our attic, he maintained a positive and professional attitude. Our AC was working in no time. We recommend Preferred Services and all the technicians we encountered vs phone and our initial visit to diagnose the problem by Brock. Who also was outstanding. All questions and concerns were handled to our satisfaction and we chose to search no further. Glad we did! We recommend Preferred Services.

Couldn't be happier with my experience with Preferred Services. TJ arrived on time and was warm and friendly. He thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and serviced our A/C units. His inspection determined that additional work was needed to get the units working up to par. A very reasonable proposal was submitted with recommendations for reconditioning the units which I will be scheduling to have completed ASAP. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing work done.

We had a routine tune up and A Professional service Member named Toni Canto came out to our house and did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable and took a step by step approach on educating me about my system. Hands down the Best Service Tech in the Industry. Mike was excellent. He is a great plumber and knows what he’s doing. He was kind and courteous and did really nice work. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing issues you might have. He worked cleanly and efficiently is also a pretty nice guy.

Corey was very professional and quick. He updated me on the status of my system and how it’s performing, recommended any possible upgrades to improve the system and changed out the filter for me. To make it even better he took pictures of the system along the way so when it came time to updating me with his findings I could see what he was talking about. I highly recommend Absolute Airflow and Corey as a technician. Thank you for all you do!

Brock did an awesome job! Very prompt, courteous and explained everything clearly. Repairs were quick and convenient. Arrived on time and finished the job faster that I expected. He is an excellent tech and is highly recommended!

We had an emergency early morning and called around and most were not servicing due to the Covid19. Jean from Preferred Services was great; she managed to get a technician right away. I received a text message and an email with a photo of the tech that was arriving which was helpful.

Miguel showed up wearing a mask (much appreciated during this time). Not only was he very thorough with his work but he was also detailed in letting us know the process. We had a slab leak, Miguel did an amazing job when drilling and removing tiles. Would highly recommended Preferred Air Conditioning Heating and Plumbing.

Our house is more than half a century old and the central HVAC system still used the same original grill. It might have been okay wit the old less powerful furnaces, but with our current one it just would not let sufficient air in.
The problem however is that the system is in a cupboard right next to the main door and the area is very nicely decorated as was the original solid wood grill. Absolute Airflow made a new grill for us that was a perfect fit and matched the crown molding around the cupboard as if it were designed to fit there in the first place. Even my mother who is an artist and interior decorator was impressed.
The job was done very quickly and the professionals cleaned up everything so that it was impossible to tell that any work had been done in the area. Recommend the company 100%.

Extremely professional all the way around. Cruz and Jose went over cost of repair as well as replacement. Ultimately I chose the replacement. Installation arrived early and completed work in an incredibly short amount of time. I highly recommend.

I had a plumbing issue and when I called the company they sent someone out within an hour. Miguel did a great job communicating all the details of the job. He was patient when I had to handle the insurance on the phone. He was informative about the work to be done and even added some suggestions for the future.

Miguel and Preferred Services were great. Very professional in the contacts, and Miguel was personable, friendly, and obviously knew exactly what he was doing. No drama! I'm very pleased with his work and would recommend him and Preferred Services for your plumbing needs!

Edward C. was very thorough with his filter replace and inspection. He serviced the heater and air conditioner back to new and provided the needed sealing to our vent holes in our attic as well. We had a problem with one of our rooms not cooling down and now it seems to be fixed. I can tell that Edward is going to be a really good air conditioning service worker in his career :) he showed great integrity in his job!

Very honest, reliable, and willing to work with me on figuring out my options! Leo came and did a thorough and detailed inspection. He informed me of all the issues with my old unit and helped me make a better informed decision for my household. Prior to his arrival Emma, located in their office, helped me sign up for their maintenance program which I find to be very valuable in the long run as I will definitely be recommending their services in the future as they continue to provide mine as well. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations as we have had some bad experiences from other contractors in the past, hence that why we called Preferred Services. Polite, professional response from the office, detailed time of arrival backed up with a call to say that the contractor was on his way. He arrived, polite, listened to my concerns and carried out the repair, no mess, no fuss and a very good price. He has certainly restored our faith in plumbers. Thoroughly recommend the company. If I could give more than five stars I would. Their number is now on my speed dial, just in case.

Gave me a great deal for $30,000. Had another company come the next day fixed it only broken shader valves . System works great 2 4 ton residential units!!! Cost pocket change compared to what these people wanted to charge me!
Service guy was great just doing what he was told by higher ups! $99 for NADA! Moral of the story get a 2nd opinion!
